+ -1 moreWe made initial choices in the showroom and Paul was very helpful in explaining the many options. We made final selections in our home with the sample fabrics he brought and, again, Paul gave us good advice. The shades arrived in the time promised and Paul and his colleague installed them well, including in the difficult skylight. When one of the shades proved to have a manufacturer’s defect, it was reordered and replaced quickly. We were very pleased with the service and the result. I can’t comment on the price as we did not comparison shop. Paul went above and beyond by coming up with an innovative, low cost solution to a problem we had with existing shades that provided insufficient light blocking — his solution did not make any money for him, but made us very happy. We found him to be thoroughly helpful and professional and we would be happy to work with him again.

+ -1 morePaul and his staff were knowledgeable and courteous as we reviewed our options. After we decided to fix existing blinds, he was prompt picking up and returning the re-strung items. We purchased the blinds from the company 25 + years ago and are pleased with their products and services.
Description of Work: We needed to have two large 25 year-old blinds replaced or restrung.

Paul helped me choose the right flooring for the look and style I wanted, keeping in mind the wear and tear expected in a home with five kids. The wood flooring is absolutely beautiful and the ceramic tile in the surrounding rooms nicely compliments the entire downstairs living space. It was such a pleasure to deal with a smaller, locally owned business- rather than a big box store. I felt I got much more personal attention and service from Window Accents and the price was comparable to those stores. I definitely recommend Window Accents and Flooring and will use them again on future projects. If you need window treatments or flooring in Princeton, Window Accents is the place to go to.
Description of Work: Sales and installation of wood laminate flooring in my finished basement. Ceramic tile in wine cellar and bathroom suite in same finished basement.
