Description of Work: The owner came to do the estimate and was professional. However, I had to chase him a few times to get the written estimate. When the worker came to do the work, he was very friendly and did a nice job. I thought the price was high for the work, but the work was good and the worker was experienced.

Description of Work: I purchased a "big deal" for the replacement of my electrical box. Scheduling the appointment was easy and Larry arrived as scheduled. He was very pleasant and professional. Before he started the work, the office called to inform me that I needed to pay $350 more than the deal price for voltage / specialty breakers. I didn't know whether the extra amount was fair, but the total price, deal plus extras was still competitive so I agreed with the up charge. The work was completed as agreed without issue.
