+ -1 moreThey were quite professional. They responded immediately, they were timely and did good quality work. It went fine but the service was quite expensive.
Description of Work: The computer had shortened out. They evaluated what the problem was and advised us to get a new computer. They then showed me how to insert the old hard drive into the replacement computer.

+ -1 moreVal did an outstanding job for us twice in the last several months. The first time he restored all docs and files that were "lost' when my son's hard drive totally failed. All his work for his business was on the drive. What a job. Val had it done in 1 or 2 days. Recently, my P was almost at a standstill. I had someone else look at it and they could not find anything wrong. Val worked his magic and the computer has never worked better. It is lightening fast. Communication is efficient because Val responds quickly by phone, asked questions as needed by phone, and the drop off and pickup is arranged for the convenience f the customer. I picked up my PC the same day I dropped it off but at 10 pm. Princeton compute Repair provides excellent technical service AND has a great business model that makes life easy for the customer.
