Mike was the I my local plumber to answer my call for help. Although my job was not a large job, it was critical for me to get done during my remodel so that I could continue with my project. Mike kept his promise, arrived at the time he said he would and got the job done. Mike is awesome and actually told me to call him if I had any questions about tackling any of the other plumbing in my bath remodel or if I wanted him to come back to install anything else. Great guy with very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!

Mike did a marvelous job remodeling my first bathroom from a 1/2 bath to a full. His attention to details was fantastic. The quality and professionalism was the reason I call him to do the remodeling of my other bathroom even though he told me he would not be able to get to it for serval months. Both myself and my wife knew that his workmanship was well worth it. I highly recommend him.

Don't hesitate to hire Mike MacGregor. He's excellent. We had a gas leak in a fireplace valve that was inaccessible behind a cabinet wall. We called every plumber Home Advisor recommended AND several fireplace companies (including the one that installed the fireplace). No one, except Mike, was willing to take the job or to assist us in getting access to the fireplace. When we finally gained access, Mike came with a new valve but discovered that it didn't actually need to be replaced. What honesty? He fixed the valve (saving us the cost of the replacement) and charged us a very, very reasonable price for all his work. Thank you Mike. We will definitely call again when we need a plumber.

Mike did a great job, came on time very professional in appearance and work. We needed a new gas line to be installed in the back of the house and he did the job perfectly. Would use his services again.

Great response and diligence in solving problem

Mike was able to get out to my location with 48 hours and personally troubleshot a major problem. Basically, I was burning through 800 gallons of propane gas a month which equals $3,500 A MONTH! That is more than my mortgage. He spent 3 hours onsite and detected a leak in the gas line going into the attic HVAC unit and was able to patch it immediately. He is very experienced and no BS. I highly recommend him.

I hired Mike to replace the tub with a full shower. The tile work was pretty good but he didn't have enouoght ime to finish the job. He didn't apply for the permit in time to start the job on the day he was supposed to so I had to go and get the permit. He left me with a cool water shower and the space between the shower basin and floor was supposed to be grouted. He used caulk and now it is falling apart. I've called and e-mailed but haven't heard from him. I have to hire someone else to fix his work.

Mike and Brad did the installation and were absolutely wonderful. They are both very professional. They were on time and went right to work. The task was not easy, but they charged what they said they would and the tub/shower looks great. Mike was also very helpful when it seemed we did not have enough hot water - he looked for the reasons without trying to hard sell us anything. I found him honest and easy to work with. I will be using Primo Plumbing and Mike and Brad from now on for all our Plumbing needs.

Please request an itemized quote for each job indicating how many hours needed and the rate per hour if you have multiple jobs with Primo Plumbing, LLC. I hired Michael for multiple jobs with one total quote only. The original quote was reasonable. However, he failed to finish one of the jobs and returned a little of money for the labor portion with the job. The lesson I learned was I should have requested an itemized quote for each job showing how many hours needed and the rate per hour. The other jobs he did are fine though.

Mike is a true professional and does excellent work. He very quick to respond either by phone, email, or text to any questions. He was very respectful our home and cleaned up after he was done working. I will definitely be referring to Mike for any further plumbing related issues.

Showed up on time and complete the first stage of the gas piping to my new fireplace. Came back as scheduled time to complete the installation. In both cases the work was done right and I no issues with the town inspectors. Would recommend Mike and will use him again.

He was on time, did every thing to make sure that I was happy and comfortable. His rates were exactly as I expected. And he was very professional. I would recommend him and reuse him again! I am Very Happy :)

Good price and quality work. Used all high quality parts and added above code required protections to the water line since I had very rocky soil. Had to do additional work due to unexpected extreme high pressure from water company (110psi). Mike quickly installed necessary pressure reducing system with convenient gauges and ability for me to make future adjustments myself, along with pressure relief tank for the hot water heater. Only the rain delayed the outdoor excavation work. Everything was timely and without any mystery additional charges. I am very happy with the work.
