Description of Work: We ordered a light and we changed our minds on it. They were still in the boxes but they said they had already been cut and measured.. We suspect he was trying to get full price for a display item, something that was already cut and measured.

Description of Work: Princeton's Light Gallery appears to be a small store with a small sample of lighting fixtures. I assumed when I first went in that it would be overpriced. After working with them for five months - I cannot say enough good things about them. TJ and Gloria are the two main lighting sales people. TJ's purview is track and recessed lights, Gloria knows about fixtures. Gloria is amazing. She came to the house to get a better understanding of the job - definitely worth the slight charge because she remembers everything. I told her the general effect I wanted - and I almost cannot believe how well she delivered on what we were after. I told her I'd spend more on certain fixtures in prominent places, but wanted to spend less (much less) on others. She respected each aspect of what I needed. She totally listens to the customer - and she is prepared and she knows what is expensive and worth it, or not. It could not have been more delightful working closely with her on probably a dozen choices. i wanted the lighting to help pull the house together (you'd have to see the house to understand) and I think it totally has. TJ is also a gem - totally knowledgeable. I didn't work with him as much, but when we did he was prompt and helpful. He had lots of ideas for problem areas. He, too, is excellent to work with.
