Description of Work: They serviced our snow blower, which wouldn't start. After I got it back, it still wouldn't start properly. I had to bring it back. They then found that a small part was broken and had to be replaced. I had to pay a second bill even though I felt they should have picked this problem up when they performed a full service...

lawn mower repair
 + -1 moreSnowblower had flat tire and would not start. Nemes timely picked up snowblower from our Titusville address, but did not work on it for awhile due to Hurricane Sandy. When we called they explained repair and price. There was difficulty receiving the snowblower back due to staffing issues, but this was resolved when the manager Jeff personally delivered it to us on a Saturday afternoon. He also showed us the work done to the carburetor and actually did some additional work for no extra cost. This is truly a family business when everyone is knowledgeable, involved, and professional.
Description of Work: Repair of 15 year old John Deere snowblower, including pick ups and drop off of snowblower. Do ask questions as they are very knowledgeable and eager to share information. Do make sure they know where you live to ensure timely drop off following repair.
