Accurate Locksmith

Quick, friendly, and working. When I need ANY locksmith work...this company will be my FIRST call. So quick and amiable service I would not even consider calling anyone else.

The latch on our back door broke...while the door was closed. This meant that, even with the door unlocked, we couldn't open the door! We use this door as our main route for entrance/egress, so while not an emergency, we knew it had to be fixed (our attempts to repair were unsuccessful and risked damaging the door/door frame). Henry was terrific: polite and courteous on the phone, he reassured us that ours was not an uncommon problem and scheduled an appointment for us the next day. On the day of service, he called to let us know he was on his way and took excellent Covid-19 precautions (mask, social distancing, clean surfaces). We were glad we called Henry because he even had a little difficulty removing the broken latch! He removed the faulty part, replaced it, and even informed us that our door handle had been installed upside down-and then replaced it properly! We appreciated Henry's competency, friendly demeanor, and excellent work quality.

They called me quickly and were available the next day. They showed up when scheduled, did the work quick and professionally. Would hire and probably will hire when we move. Nice clean work.

Henry was excellent. Very personable, professional. He catered to my needs, rather than trying to sell something that I didn't really need. Henry was easy to contact, and even called when he was running 15 minutes late. I would recommend Accurate Locksmith very highly.

Satisfied with job done. He said he'd call to confirm the appointment that afternoon, but I didn't hear from him by 10 minutes after the appointment time, so I called him. He arrived shortly after that. He doesn't have the best "bedside" manner, but he did the work just fine & adjusted the one lock that was sticking. Instead of the Angie's List coupon, he gave me 2 extra sets of keys. I would probably hire him again.

Very well, the locksmith arrived n time and got to work right away in replacing the locking system. He then took the time to show me how to adjust the door in the future so it would not stick as the house moved. An absolute must if you need a locksmith.

He did not have to do anything to the lock as he was able to access an opened window. I was a bit taken aback when he expected me to go through the small window which was more than a story high, and he accessed by putting very unsturdy lawn chairs together, thinking I would somehow manage climbing that. He also failed to mention he broke the shelf inside while entering, and I had a pretty big clean up of tools and random screws, nuts, bolts to clean up. The cost was $40 more than Pop A Lock, who were unfortunately not available.

I was told that they would be arriving at 10 am and that I would be receiving a call when they were on their way. They did not arrive until 10:45 and I was not given a call. The lock itself is fine and works, however, they left a huge mess on the floor of my room and the hallway. There were wood chips left all over that I had to later clean up. I felt that they were condesending and did not fully listen. The lock works, but they left a huge mess, were late without a call, and overall made me feel belittled. I would not use them again.

Excellent! I was able to make a same day appointment. Very professional and friendly, called prior to appointment to confirm time and arrived on time. He worked quickly and neatly, clearly very knowledgeable! Having secure locks in your home, and trusting the person who is installing them is extremely important. I would definitely use them again!

Locksmith was able to accommodate me on the same day and was on time. I did not catch his name, so I don't know if I dealt with Henry or an employee. Services were performed in just over an hour. Locksmith was very polite. The reason I'm giving a "C" rating is because he forgot his shop vac, so I had to vacuum up the debris at both doors. Also, I later realized that the deadbolts were installed without reinforcement plates (or so-called strike plates) in the door frame. The reinforcement plates are what make a lock truly secure. Without plates in the door frame, it is still possible to kick in the door. I wish I had caught this before he left.

Had previously used a "24 hour locksmith company" that resulted in the most frustrating, aggravating,underhanded, deceitful and unprofessional experience I have ever had. Do NOT use any locksmith that uses this phone #~ 101-492-6885 ! This is a bogus company with a NJ phone number who claims to be to bed in Brooklyn!!! NOW, I CALLED ACCURATE LOCKSMITH AND WAS THRILLED WITH HENRY'S PUNCTUALITY, HONESTY, INTEGRITY, AND WORKMANSHIP!!?. I CANNOT RECOMMENDED RECOMMEND ACCURATE LOCKSMITH HIGHLY ENOUGH!

It was an emergency, I couldn't open the door at all. I depend on that door to let my dogs out to the back deck and enclosed yard, and to get to the garage. I was sitting outside in the 95 degree heat to reassure the dogs tha it was ok to be out there without "their" door being open. He came within 10 minutes of my call, did a quick replacement of the inards on the lock and the had me use the key to lock / unlock and showed me it was working. Professional and easy to work with. Thank you so much!

Henry called ahead to confirm his appointment with us, arrived promptly. He was very kind, professional and he immediately went to work after a quick survey of our situation. I neglected to include one of our doors, realizing this after Henry left our home. Upon calling him, he said this was not a problem and that he would return within the hour. Not only did he return and fixed the forgotten door, he did not charge us and was still very kind and professional. So nice to see such respectful work ethic.

I phoned before 9 am on a Sunday morning and was told that the Harry would be able to help me out as soon as he finished the job he was currently working on. He arrived less than an hour later: the work was done quickly and efficiently. On the first door, before he drilled he made certain that I understood what he was going to do and how the door would look when he was finished. He also told me how to fill the previous holes to take care of old blemishes. When finished with the first door, Harry explained why the unit I had purchased for a second door was not preferable for my needs. He drilled the hole nonetheless and taught me how to install what would be the exchanged unit. I was thrilled with all parts of this transaction and would refer him to anyone who has the need for a locksmith in the area. He was wonderful!

Really great service. Prompt (early, even), unbelievably friendly, thorough, and fun. He even taught me the ins and outs of flying a helicopter whilst he was replacing the lock. Bonus! I would recommend Accurate Locksmiths to anyone. A++++++.

Henry was prompt, courteous and got the job done with no fuss. Easy to work with and price was fair. I would definitely call him again if I needed a locksmith.

I purchased a home and wanted the locks changed immediately. I contacted Henry a week prior to talk about needs and cost. He gave me an excellent price and told me to call him when I was ready. Closing was on Sept 30 and once I had a better idea of timing I contacted Henry to make the appointment. The task wasn't as easy as I thought it would be and while someone else may have become frustrated, Henry was very calm and helpful. He did more than he originally came out for, changed locks, changed handles and took his time. Nothing rushed at all. I felt very comfortable and confident in his service.

He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did everything on what I wanted and he's very good. He was kind of giving me some kitchen tips and pointers and I felt comfortable with him. If I needed him to come right away, he came on right away. I would use him again in the future.
