Very professional and great to work with it. Great work and extremely flexible. Henry responded to my request immediately and was able to get to my home the following Saturday per my request. He quickly assessed what we would need and did all the work on site.

I was locked out of my apartment in Princeton, NJ. I went to a neighbor's house and googled "Princeton Locksmith" and a company called Princeton Locksmith located on 51 Wall Street, Princeton (609) 524-4499 was the first hit on Google Search. I called up Princeton Locksmith and was told over the phone that there was a $24.50 charge for a technician to show up and an additional $35 per hour labor charge and a technician would arrive within 45 minutes. This sounded reasonable considering that my deadbolt was not locked, I presumed the service would be quick. When the technician arrived over an hour later, he just looked at the doorknob and said that it would cost $170 to open the door as "he was a professional and that was the weekend rate". I smiled because I know that I can replace the entire door for $200 dollars. I may be a military wife but my husband has taught me the value of what it costs to fix things so people won't take advantage of us when he was away on active duty. Therefore, I told the technician from Princeton Locksmith that he can go home because there was a discrepancy in price. The technician from Princeton Locksmith then wanted to strike up a deal to see what I was willing to pay. I don't know how other customers feel but one of the privileges of being an American citizen is the value of honest business practice with up-front pricing. I told the technician from Princeton Locksmith to go home and I will call another company. I contacted Accurate Locksmith Service located on Nassau Street, Princeton (609-924-3736 or 1-800-426-6736) and was told that it would cost $75 dollars to open the door and a technician would arrive in 45 minutes. A technician, Henry, arrived at my apartment in 30 minutes and opened my door in less than 5 minutes. Henry did not do any damage to my door but in fact noticed that my deadbolt was not aligned properly and also fixed this problem. Henry from Accurate Locksmith Service charged me $75 and I choose to tip him an additional $25 dollars for being an honest man who has integrity.
