Description of Work: Eva Petruzziello was our selling agent and she did a wonderful job. She was of tremendous help in advising us how to prepare the house for sale - decluttering, adding a closet, moving furniture, etc. to give us the best chance to sell at the best price. We had 9 offers after 27 showings in 4 days. Needless to say we sold the house above our asking price.

Description of Work: Rocco D'Armiento was my real estate agent for purchasing my first home - 100 years old. He assisted me every step of the way from negotiating pricing, referring the inspection company, mortgage lender and attorney - all of which were excellent choices. As I work a full-time position and am caregiver to my 89 year old mother, my time is extremely limited. Rocco stepped in, took the lead for me and was at my side through the entire process. He even offered to come to my mother's home for any paperwork that needed to be signed - I didn't need to meet him anywhere. After the closing, Rocco continued to assist me (and would still today if I needed him) - he made numerous ongoing phone calls and requeted quotes for me for several repairs / upgrades that needed to be done immediately and ongoing. He lined up a contractor (got an excellent price for me) to remove asbestos out of the basement, another contractor to remove the old oil tank - from obtaining permits to final approval and removal of the tank, another contractor to install a new gas furnace and central AC along with all new ductwork (again, an excellent contractor and price), and a general contracting provider - Bryan Grubb Handyman - who is also excellent and is completing ongoing major projects in my home.
