Five Star Painting of Edison

Five Star Painting provided terrific customer service and was extremely great to work with. Due to many unfortunate circumstances, we needed this job to be started and completed in a time-sensitive fashion (started within 7 days). Multiple companies scoffed at our time frame, saying that they could not start and finish a project so quickly. Finally, I found Five Star Painting. Bob at Five Star Painting informed me that he would be able to make an exception due to our situation, despite the current typical start time of 14 days. He made the necessary accommodations and completed the work quickly and at the time that we agreed. The only downside was that the initial paint job was not as clean as I had hoped, with some paint splatters (spots) on the door and window frames and moldings. I called Bob to express my dismay, and he quickly rectified the situation in a timely fashion. He drove to our home and made sure that all the blemishes were corrected and the paint job was truly pristine! It's easy to see that Bob runs a business where customer satisfaction is the top priority. I contacted him whenever I needed; never did I spend hours or days waiting for a reply. Communication was rapid and painless. He followed through on every agreement and commitment he made. Although the work was not perfect initially, he was quick to make amends and see that we were 100% satisfied. I recommend Five Star Painting to all my friends and family looking for professional painters who care about providing high-quality service and truly care about their customers.

Bob and Ryanl - father/son owners - very professional and attentive to any questions or concerns. The paint job was very good and Ryan did a walk through after the job was completed and pointed out areas for touch up that I didn’t even notice.

well- the painter did not show on the day to start painting - but Bob came and prepped the room. Ryan apologized and the painter came the next day. There were some imperfections but Bob came the next day and corrected everything. Would definitely use 5-Star again.

Working with Bob Domino of 5 Star Painting was a really good experience. Painting a furnished house is never an easy job and is naturally disruptive, but 5 Star was excellent at managing the process and hitting the mark on professionalism, quality and courtesy. Did a really nice clean up and final inspection. My wife and I are sticklers for detail and We are happy. Would highly recommend Bob and his team.
