 + -1 moreJim came and viewed the property. He took no notes except my email address which was never used. He promised to have the gas lines marked and would then start the work. I have contacted him over three times and only once did he respond. It has been 8 weeks since initial contact. He may be a good landscaper, but certainly is not a professional in dealing with customers. I have tried to be patient, but he deserves all the F's I gave him in each category. My recommendation is to stay away from this guy.
Description of Work: I needed general landscaping services (shrub removal, new shrubs and plants, edging work, Lawn replacement, Triming, flower bed prep, etc.

Description of Work: I never saw the owner. No contract was ever brought to me. I never recieved a bill. WHen I did cancel with them the owner just said "ok" did not seem worried about why I was leaving. Also his worker solicitied work from me and was not proffesional.

 + -1 moreAn excellent experience! Jim and his crew worked from the time they arrived to later that afternoon. They stayed on the property and had lunch for only a half hour or so. They worked steadily and well together . An obvious "team effort".
Description of Work: Jim and his crew arrived punctually and proceeded to work. He invited our input and worked with us to achieve the look that we liked. The job involved removing older , overgrown shrubs from the front of the house and replanting with a more open, inviting and welcoming look. He brought along many different shrubs to work with us in achieving our goal. A very cooperative, informative experience. We were so impressed with his honesty , knowledge and work ethic we are having him build a patio for us. Would highly recommend Hummel Landscaping.
