Brian, the crew worker for the Power Washing, is a great guy. This is the second time we've had him on the job (earlier this year we had extensive interior painting done by Spectrum. Excellent work was done then. Pawel, the crew leader for the trim correction and replacing and painting....and front and back door painting. He arrived when he said he would, did all of the work correctly, and to top it all off...was a genuinely nice guy. This is our second time using Spectrum and it is refreshing that a company really stands by their work and their estimates. I will use them again.

Very well except for unavoidable rain delays. Brian and Hector along with their respective crews were professional, prompt, polite and helpful above and beyond. Natalie handled all the scheduling, questions, rain delays in a pleasant and responsive manner. Orlando did an excellent painting job and was also very helpful.

Excellent. First try at power washing. Brian did a great job! Day 1 was power washing, day 2 was re-grouting with sandlock and mortar work. Patio blocks were installed 51 years ago and now look white like new. Teak bench, pavers and retaining stone walls are like new. Highly recommend them for power washing and wish I would have had this done years ago.

Spectrum repaired and painted our deck. The deck is old and needed a lot of attention. Luis and Rolando arrived right on time, and got to work immediately. Once they began their work, a problem arose. There were bees flying around the work area. I did not have any spray for bees, so Luis went to the store to get some. The spray worked, and the men were able to continue the work on the deck. In fact, the bee treatment worked so well that the pest control company that I called to check the area where the bees were could find no evidence of bees at all. In addition to the problem with the bees, the heat and humidity made the job more difficult, but the men worked through the heat to finish the job. The result is wonderful! The deck hasn't looked this good in years. In addition, the men were very neat and considerate of the property near the deck. Spectrum just completed work at our home. They did more than we expected, and we are 150% happy with the job they performed. They were professional and friendly, and their prices were competitive. We will definitely use Spectrum Painting again for jobs at our home.

Fantastic crew. Total attention to detail.

Spectrum painted the exterior of our house, plus the shed, gutters, and foundation. A lot of prep work was required (see pictures, old paid was peeling off and foundation needed some patching). They were very thorough and the house looks spectacular now. Joe came out when he said he would (a miracle with contractors), Natalie kept us posted about scheduling, and Rafael, Caesar, Luis, and Gabriel worked very hard and were very meticulous and did an excellent job. It was initially hard for me to justify spending $8,000 for "paint" but they did so much work and it looks so great now, it was worth every penny. Very friendly, professional crew. Would not use anyone else.

We have used Spectrum Painting since the mid 1990’s. They painted after major renovations in our first house then when we purchased a new home in 2004 we had them remove wallpaper and repaint almost the entire interior. We also had them do an exterior paint but I cannot recall exact dates for that. In 2014 we had more work done and now we had another refresh of multiple rooms. We have never, with any other contractor of any type, had such consistent quality, professionalism, speed, and flexibility. We have watched this company grow and never ever has service or quality suffered. The crews work neatly, tidy up at the end of the day leaving the house livable overnight only to return the next day to reset and get on with the job. Really unbelievable. I would chose none other than Spectrum.

Excellent. Out of all the companies I had contacted, they were the only company that had gave me a quick and reasonable estimate for all the work that had to be done. Their workers were very punctual, professiaonal and clean.

It went extremely well!! My house looks AMAZING!!! All the dirt and mildew was removed without any damage to my home. The technicians are nice, professional and informative. “I didn’t know the trim on my house was that white” GREAT JOB!!

It went great! Brian and his crew were responsive, professional and extremely attentive to details as well as what I wanted to be done.

I had Spectrum do a power wash on my backyard brick patio which was covered in moss and weeds and I was blown away at what they were able to do. Their office staff was nice and always calling me to let me know when they had a sooner appointment they could fit me into. I will be using them again for more power washing at my house as they exceeded my expectations. Their prices are reasonable but totally worth it with the quality of work.

It went great! Bryan power washed my a few days prior to staining. And when he was here, I explained that there were other things I needed done, like install gate on the deck and refurbish my railings in the front of the house. He explained that he could do these additional jobs and detailed how they could be accomplished. The day of the staining, he and his team went above and beyond to be sure the deck would be stained - and nothing else (like stuff under deck). He also did extra touch ups which made such a nice difference. The entire job was done in one day. I would definitely recommend Bryan and this company.

Wow I can't say enough! We had a difficult time finding someone so knowledgeable about cedar but they refinish a LOT of homes with cedar shingles. Brian, the project manager who power washed our home, went above and beyond. He power washed our steps and fence just to be kind, and worked with us on finding the right color to use. He even went to the store to get more stains when I didn't like the first sample, and showed me 3 different samples (right on the house). He gave great feedback and finally ended up taking one of our shingles directly to the store to say "match this." Raphael, project manager for the staining is also wonderful! Kind, courteous and super professional. He checked with me on everything and when the rain started to come down, they reschedule for the following day. He said he COULD work in the rain, but didn't want to take a chance. We got 3 estimates and Spectrum's price was reasonable and, most important, our house looks absolutely beautiful!! Brand new!!!! We were advised on how often to put another coat on it and will definitely call Spectrum when it's time. So impressive... thank you thank you!!!!

Rich came promptly and on time to do the estimate. Even though our time frame was short, he managed to fit us in the following week. Marcin and his crew arrived on time and worked very hard for two days. They were very pleasant and professional. The red carpets (literally) helped to minimize the dust and mess in the house and clean up was done at the end of each day. The results were nothing short of spectacular, especially in the bathroom and the stairwell, where the walls and ceiling were in bad condition. Even though the touch up in the kitchen became a full repainting because the new paint did not quite match the old, there was no upcharge. I would certainly use Spectrum again, and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing first class work. It was a pleasure to deal with such competence and professionalism.

Spectrum was very professional from start to finish. The Crew manager Robert and his staff were professional, timely and efficient. They took the time to thoroughly scrape, patch and repair prior to painting . They also tried to minimized the dust and mess and cleaned up each night. Would use them for future projects.

I was blown away by the quality of the work. The entire team from the estimator, power wash team, the construction team, painters through the supervisors showing up at the end to inspect/touch up the work were all exceptional. The team lead Rafael took more pride in his work than I have ever seen and was exceptional at leading his team who worked exceptionally hard and took similar pride.
