I scheduled an appointment with Don. When he didn't show up at the scheduled time, I called the office and was told that he was tied up with something that morning. Don called back within a few minutes and offered to come over right away to give me an estimate. Since I already set aside my morning, I decided to meet with him. When he showed up, he quickly took the measurements, got some info and left. It seemed that he was either too pre-occupied with something else or wasn't that interested. He left after saying that he will be emailing me a quote. A few days later, I followed up with some additional questions and asked for an estimate. He emailed me a quote for 7K which was mostly labor and includes the cost of the counter. I emailed him with a list of clarifications/questions and he never answered back. We decided not to pursue this based on their lack of professionalism.

The bathroom is gorgeous. We contacted Hans' Kitchens & Baths when one other contractor came to look at the job and never got back to us with a price and a second contractor fell through as well. We spoke with Don at Hans' on a Thursday. He came THAT DAY to look at the job. We had a contract on Friday and his crew were at our house at 8:30 on Monday morning to start the job. Don's workers, Bob and Eric, were on time, neat, courteous and professional and they did beautiful work. They took lots of time going over tile design options and layouts with us. We could not be happier with the job they did. As a matter of fact, next spring/summer we intend to remodel our kitchen and have already decided we will be using Hans' again.

The project exceeded my expectations! I had a small, outdated kitchen. I wanted to do a remodel, but couldn't afford a total gut job. I had the walls and cabinets painted beforehand. I had gotten a couple of estimates for remodels and then went to Hans' Kitchens & Baths. Glenn was so friendly and helpful. He offered suggestions regarding materials. Glenn provided assistance through every phase of the project and was involved from start to finish. The Installers (Eric & Bobby) were outstanding! Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They went above and beyond to provide quality work and complete this project in a timely fashion. Thanks to the expertise of Glenn and his crew, I now have the kitchen of my dreams! If you choose Hans' Kitchens & Baths you will get truly professional work, quality materials, and friendly service at a reasonable price. I hope to do a remodel of my bathroom in the future. Hans' Kitchens & Baths will be my choice for the job! I can't say enough good things about this company! They are truly outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone!

I called Hans' Kitchen & Baths for an estimate for a bathroom renovation. One of the owner's came out to look at the job. However, three weeks went by and no estimate. I called and spoke to the person who came out for the estimate. He said he would get the estimate out but never bothered. It's well over a month now. Obviously, he did not want the job. A brief email saying that the company would not be able to do the job would have been appreciated. I wasted valuable time waiting for an estimate that never materialized.

Han's Kitchens did a great job with our kitchen remodel. We started working on the design with them and they were excellent with designing a kitchen that fits our exact needs and style. They started work on the job earlier than scheduled and their workers were professional and courteous. We could not be happier with the way our kitchen was transformed. The cabinets and counters look amazing. Han's emphasizes quality and although you may find a lower priced competitor, you will come away with a kitchen built to last that looks great!

My experience with Hans Kitchen and Baths was good. They were very friendly, personable and experience was obvious, they have been doing this for a long time.

This is the third time that I am using Hans' Kitchens & Baths. They previously renovated my master bath, kitchen & powder room, & now another bathroom. Each time I have been totally satisfied. Their tiling is perfect. The two young men that worked on all my projects did amazing work. They are very attentive to details, will address any questions, and their advice and suggestions were very helpful when I had to make decisions. Renovating my upstairs bathroom was particularly difficult because everything had to be carried up a spiral staircase. They took extreme care and no damage was done. The guys are also very careful about clean-up. I am 100% confident that you will be completely satisfied with their service.

They did a wonderful job! They went above and beyond our expectations. The house was built in 1869 and was not an easy job. I liked everything about them. Their workers are excellent and very pleasant. Everything about them was fantastic! I don't have any complaints.

The work started & ended on the dates scheduled. The quality of the work was superb! Despite the fact that kitchen renovation can be very messy & disrupting, Hans Kitchens always kept things orderly & clean. I had preciously used them to renovate a master bath & was extremely pleased with their work then. They were attentive & accepting of any questions or suggestions I had. The two young men who hung the cabinets & did the tiling were perfectionists. While their estimate may not have been the lowest of those from other companies I contacted, they definitely were the best. I have the utmost confidence in their work & will certainly use them again! My kitchen is stunning & I smile every time I walk in. Thank you Don, Glen & your workers!

The job took four weeks, start to finish. It would have been completed sooner if the counter top was not on back order. Glenn, one of the owners, was extremely responsive, answered all our questions and addressed every concern we had along the way. If a detail was not right or overlooked by his guys, he quickly righted it. The team was very professional and courteous. They always showed up within 15 minutes of their start time. At the end of the day they always cleaned up after themselves to minimize the amount of dust in the room and the house. Glenn and his team at Hans Kitchen transformed my ugly, poorly laid out kitchen into one of my favorite rooms in the house. The layout is especially tricky because the room has four doors plus one window. They turned one door into a pocket door to get it our of the way, and moved the sink to the corner to maximize counter top space. Glenn's design allows the room to flow and it's just wonderful! With the level of service they stand by, I was comfortable calling Glenn nearly 2 years later to request an adjustment on a cabinet door and a couple drawers that rubbed together. He was able to stop by my house within a couple days and quickly made the proper adjustments. There was no additional cost for this service call.
