Phenomenal job. I have a store in Clifton that has had AC trouble over the past 10 years and I’ve never felt “confident” that the solutions were permanent. I feel confident this time. Thoroughly professional management and crew, they were always prompt and courteous, the work was done quickly and the price couldn’t be beat. Dun Rite is my new permanent HVAC go to.

What an incredible experience I had with this company. The owner, Pete, is reliable, a good communicator, and the best price we found. We bought a 75 year old house, and he and his team retrofitted central AC in with no issue. We were able to get AC into every room. The house feels so comfortable now. Owners name is Pete. He is an honest guy and not afraid to tell the customer like it is. It really is true that you need to have a good feeling about anyone you hire to do anything material in your home. He is a very likable guy, my kids adored him. He made an effort to keep them happy and laughing even when he was sweating bullets outside. I've worked with a lot of contractors and it's tough, I mean tough to find someone like this. These pros are nearly non nonexistent nowadays. Contractors always care about the bottom line $ and will take opportunities to take advantage of customers because they can. From the time you contact him till the time the job is over he remains professional, courteous and just all around pleasant to be around. He doesn't skimp and buy garbage, you will get only the best from Pete. His installers are awesome, and best part of all is that Pete comes to every job of his and works it. Even though he is the owner, he rolls up his sleeves and isn't afraid to get dirty. Would definitely hire him again and he will be receiving recommendations to neighbors looking for a hvac company. Prices are very fair as well. Well down Pete, you exceeded expectations!

When I met Pete, was very impressed with his knowledge, personality and honestly. I live in a condo in Lincoln Park and needed a complete Central Air replacement. I compare his prices with two other companies and was very impressed. Pete and his professional team (Larry Sr. and Larry Jr.) arrived early at 7:30 am and worked all day without even taking a lunch break. Their work was impressive and they left the house cleaner than before. This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Pete and his crew ( DunRite) have found a customer for life. Will definitely recommend them.

Met Pete and his team a few weeks back for a brand new install on a COD that I was renovated(not the most easiest layout)...There is not enough space to describe how professional him and his team were...I had a lot of contractors in an out of my house for the past few months and he is by far the best on everything...punctual, clean, customer service, absolutely respectful to his crew, most importantly, he got the job done in a day, and reasonable price. You want this guy for your AC job...no need to call anyone else...

From start to finish everything went very smoothly. All my questions were answered in a timely fashion in a courteous manner. The installers worked tirelessly from the moment they entered my house to the end of the day. They showed tremendous attention to detail. They constantly cleaned up after themselves and were open to any of my questions. At the completion of the job I was taken on a tour of the entire system and it's workings. The owner of the company, Pete,, takes great pride in his work and it showed when all was said and done! I have a great deal of confidence in the work that has been done in that it will perform up to expectations and be backed by a solid company. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Pete and the team did an excellent job. First, his quotes were fair and offered a few different options and explained each so that I could make the most informed decision possible. The team worked in a hot, cramped attic for days and completed the job ahead of schedule. After they were finished, they cleaned thoroughly; Pete is meticulous in his work, and demands the same from his crew. They really have a passion for what they do and it shows in the quality of their work. The electricians that Pete hires did excellent work as well. The morning of the inspection, Pete adjusted some of the vents and even dropped off a ladder for the inspectors to access the attic! Exceeded my customer service expectations and the crew was also awesome with my dog. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Initially called to check my functioning air-conditioning unit to see if it needed more coolant and/or a tune-up. Pete was very knowledgeable and let me know his cost per hour up front. He checked the output of the unit, added more coolant, and checked the board, which turned out to be a problem and had to be replaced. The cost added up because he had to come back to replace the board. Now the air conditioner functions more efficiently and I will save on my electric bill because of Pete's repairs and tips.

DunRite did a fantastic job replacing my central air conditioning system. Pete and his associate completed the job in one day and our house has never been cooler! They performed the work expertly and efficiently. Pete is very knowledgeable and obviously takes great pride in providing expert customer service. My wife was impressed how they cleaned up once they were finished. Additionally, DunRite's rates were extremely reasonable. I would hire them again and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Pete(the owner) and his team did a fabulous job at my house. I honestly didn't know how will they able to get all the ducting throughout the house, but they did it. My wife mentioned a couple of times to me "Wow, these guys can work". They cleaned up everyday (5 day project) before they left and are very meticulous about the finishing and final look. System is working great! Can highly recommend Dun Rite!
