Prompt, tidy workers, very satisfactory.

Peter and his crew were great. We replaced our steam heat and window AC units with their LG high-efficiency dual zone (heat and AC) unit. The air is great. The system adds moisture so it is not the DRY air that is typical of electric units. They showed up on time for the work each day. They were ALL very polite, clean, well spoken and knowledgeable. It is rare to be able to say that about ALL of the workers. We have an OLD home, and they worked around every obstacle that was in their way without tearing apart walls, floors, and ceilings like other companies admitted they would indeed have to do. Peter will take the time to explain anything you have questions about, so do not hesitate to ask. My wife and I had many questions and felt much better after asking them. They work with you and have the mentality that it is YOUR house so it should make YOU happy. They are not done after they get paid, they work with you to make sure everything is to your liking even after it is up and running. Oh, and it will NOT cost you more than the competition. In fact, it is just the opposite. So glad we went with them!

Peter is truly a professional. He is courteous & attentive. He explains the details, options and also all the steps of the installations & give me good suggestions and advice. Arrive on time and installation was completed on a timely manner. Put runners making sure everything was cleaned after the installation. He even calls the next day to see if I did have any issues. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate the schedule. Dun Rite did very well by me. Peter Tsoutas, the owner and hands-on supervisor, literally knows everything about HVAC. Peter s communication skills and patience were so helpful that even my 94-year-old mother was able to understand the HVAC job. As far as the job that Dun Rite completed for my mother, I could not have imagined that the work could have been done any better. And, I am one of those DIY guys. So, I had a reasonable amount of expectations and an understanding of HVAC. Dun Rite removed an entire existing gas forced air and AC system. On the same day, they installed an entire upgraded replacement system. It was for a large zone that required a five and a half-ton compressor. 1. The project was fully explained to me by Peter. 2. I was offered three different options from which I could choose. I selected the appropriate equipment and was able to control my own costs. 3. By far, Dun Rite s price was the lowest of three bids. 4. It might have just been my luck, but Peter was able to schedule the job the next week. The entire job was completed in one day. I am talking about removing and replacing an entire zone of forced gas heating and AC for a very large space. The installation required a five and a half ton AC compressor. 5. Dun Rite s installation team was polite, articulate, and respectful of our home. The furnace room actually looked cleaner after the job than it did beforehand. 6. The new HVAC system is far more efficient and quieter than the old one. For the first time, I am looking forward to seeing my next gas bills. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dun Rite to anyone. Including my own mother. They are the best HVAC company that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in fifty years.

After searching for and receiving several A/C quotes, the proposal received from Dun Rite was professionally detailed and reasonably priced below competing offers. The job was professional and cleaned up within one day. I am very happy with the installation job and the A/C functionality.

Larry and son did excellent job installing our AC system. They came on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after the job was completed. Pete is knowledgeable and answered any questions/concerns we had. An awesome team overall. A great value for the quality of work. Pete and is crew are Professionals. Promised me a cooler more efficient home and delivered on it. His price was competitive and talked me out of a more expensive system (said it was not worth it) and I am very happy wit the one I got. My wife likes it extremely cold ,So he installed a larger size duct ,which works great. Had a small problem came out immediately and fixed it right away. He gives a better warranty than most if not all.

The installation was done well at a good price. They were on schedule and cleaned up and removed old units before they left. I would recommend them.

The owner of the company really goes above and beyond for his families! I have struggled so hard since moving to Essex County to find an HVAC provider to convert me from oil to gas. I was so impressed with the quality of work and professionalism that this company offered me!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will be coming back to them for ALL HVAC needs for the future. They did my oil to gas conversion and installed a new AC unit for me out back, got rid of my old burner and above ground oil tank. So thankful I found them!!!
