I had gotten a number of estimates over the course of 3 years but never really had confidence in any proposal. I had an old house with a low basement and was concerned about pulling this job together properly. The owner of Dun Rite provided references from other owners of similar homes who all were willing to speak to me about their experience, all of it positive. It was actually a pleasure to do business with him, and he works hard to ensure the system is as visually appealing as possible as a retrofit in an older home. He also makes himself available after the job is complete for questions or to check the system is functioning at ideal capacity. His workmanship was excellent and he always cleaned up well before he left. The inspectors that came once the job was completed commented that the workmanship was really good. Did house and deli - perfect and very reasonable. They came out when they were needed right away, and if anything was not quite right - they would address the problem and correct it right away.

I called Pete to get an estimate on adding another unit to out home as to increase heating and cooling efficiency. Upon reviewing the current system he suggested changing the ductwork around a bit to redirect the air to rooms that weren't receiving much as well as closing off vents to rooms that were getting too much air/heat. This suggestion saved us a few thousand dollars. He also recommended adding a UV air purifier to our furnace and immediately I noticed a difference in the air quality of my home. My son has horrible allergies to dust and mold and it made a HUGE difference in how he was feeling! I never knew such a thing even existed. At some point we will replace our furnace and cooling system and I will definitely be using Pete again for this. He was very diligent and professional and cares about the quality of his work. I highly recommend him!
