Jesse was extremely knowledgeable, efficient. He even tried to repair my old unit before replacing it even though I just wanted it replaced. He tried to save me money and that was a nice gesture.

Jesse was a very personable and knowledgable professional. He takes his time and works very clean and neatly as well. As if that wasn't enough he performed a cycle test before leaving and then called about an hour later to see if all was ok.

Jesse super nice, extremely efficient , tenants were very happy he was able to complete the install promptly. As the owner I found his price to be very reasonable and affordable. I will definitely call him again should any issues arise in my other rental properties or my own home

Great work and he is a great guy, very polite, prompt, he was a gentleman, he kept his word, the work was done on time and did an excellent job.

Signed up with Home Advisors, Jesse (and others) contacted me. Reviewed bids and spoke with all, selected Choice Builders. Talked on Wednesday, new furnace delivered, installed and working perfectly by 4 PM on Thursday. Jesse did a lot of little cleanup / improvements also to the heating system, upgraded a poorly installed drain line, cleaned up a bad AC evaporator coil and changed out an old thermostat and didn't charge extra for these services. Jesse is very friendly, very informative and kept me appraised through the process. Summary. . .on point, on time and reasonably priced. Wouldn't hesitate to hire Choice Builders again.
