+ -1 moreTHE WORST EVER We booked our Point Pleasant rental through Ward. Rental was extremely misrepresented by Ward. House was damp & musty and had a horrible smell, feedback not well received. The rental owner took a large sum of the security deposit. Ward's contract states "Owner must send written notification to Ward Realty itemizing any charges to be claimed." This did NOT happen. Ward neglected to ask us our side of the story, & even worse, broke their own contract by not checking pictures or getting a written itemized list. They just got a phone call and took their word, and took my money. They made me sign a contract that I had to adhere to, yet they did not. They also did not hold the owner to their contract. They got paid by me, and as such they were working for me and representing me in this rental, yet never did their due diligence. ANY house that Ward has listed for rent, is also listed by 3 other reputable rental companies. *Read other reviews You'll see how HORRIBLE Ward is*
