+ -1 moreQuality and Service were excellent and exceeded my expectations. I called for an estimate on a Friday and was visited the same day. We negotiated a little and I received a fair price. I responded on the next Monday that the job was theirs and gave them a deposit on Wednesday. The next day, Thursday, the frame was installed and final measurements taken for the cover. The next Wednesday the cover was installed to my complete satisfaction. Total elapsed time: 12 Days WOW! I think the rapid response was due to my timing in the season but I was still impressed.

+ -1 moreI originally purchased the awning over my deck from McBride 14 years ago. They come every year to put it up in the spring and take it down in the fall. This time I needed the entire framework taken down since my house is going to be elevated. They were very prompt and came quickly. The work was very professional, all pieces were labled and tied together to make the reinstallation easier. I have been dealing with M Bride for 14 years and highly recommend them. The awnings are very good quality and the customer service is the best.
Description of Work: They took down the framework for a.large awning that I had over my deck.
