Did a good job all in one day.

Repair man was very knowledgeable and did a good job. However, I feel the price was high for the work I had done. I will get other bids in the future to compare.

Repairman was very knowledgeable and did a good job. It was done on schedule. I needed to have the repair done quickly and didnâ t consider other bids and felt the cost may have been a little high. Overall I was satisfied and comfortable the work was done properly.

While I didn't install a tankless heater ( I had a tank installed instead due to limited funds), BF did a wonderful job. Mike and DJ were prompt, efficient and competent. Attentive to our needs

The plumbers that came to the house to give an estimate and the men that came to move pipes and close off existing ones, were professional, polite, informative and answered all the questions I had before during and after the job was completed. They cleaned up and we're tolerable of the small space they had to work in at the house.

Michael was professional and thorough and even sent a few other pros to check on some things for me related to issues I might have in the house. Michael was clean and helpful. The office staff was polite helpful and friendly and I’d gladly use them again

Mike first came over to check out our old tank. He thoroughly explained we needed a new switch but the bigger issue was the tank had a leak. Mike went over all details about the new tank. I gave value 4 stars only bc these tanks are expensive in general. Lol. We took advantage of BfPs financing. When the plumbers arrived they were very professional yet friendly. I had not realized this would be such an involved job but these guys did not rush through it and took the time to go over the mechanics and care of our new tank.

They charge 75 dollars to walk in the door then they add that to what u want fixed rip off

I called Benjamin Franklin and the office staff were a pleasure to deal with, I explained my predictiment and they were very acommadating as an appointment was given the next day. PJ arrived on time and gave me a very fair assessment of the work and price of a new heater. I had an unique quandary and again the office staff was very accomadating as I was given an appointment the next day! My wife had a doctors appt. an hour away from my home so I was very comfortable leaving a key for the tech Shawn to install the new water heater. Upon completetion of the job he called me to inform me he had completed the job. When we arrived home I was pleasantly surprised how clean he had left the work area as well as the rest of the area to enter and leave. The heater is awesome!!! A hearty thank you and appreciation to all the members of the Benjamin Franklin team! I highly recommend this company to all requiring their services!

GET ANTHONY! He is a problem solver he knew just how to solve my unique problem with my toilet installation and it turned out better than we both anticipated or expected. Anthony did not give up he hung in there. He came, he saw, he conquered. He will conquer any issue you might have. I will definitely use him again.
