Benjamin Franklin personnel did a good job on the installation. I was not told at the time of the installation of our Navien water heater that due to the separation of the last water faucet and the unit I would need a extra run of supply line from the Navien unit to the farthest faucet, to help cut down on the cold water produced prior to hot water at any faucet. the cost would be above what I paid for the original installation.

They were very prompt to call me, so I hired this company to replace a bathroom sink/cabinet for my homeowners insurance claim. It was stated very clearly that was the job. They arrived and said they would not be able to do the job because they would require a second person (this is a 24” sink, not big) and it would be $1200. Four times with my insurance company is giving me for the replacement. He also started that it doesn’t matter what size the cabinet, it’s the same price. Ok, I was willing to pay whatever necessary but asked for a quote to submit to my insurance. He said the office would have to provide hay and despite a follow up call, I still have not quote and no sink hooked up. While he was there we had him fix our backyard faucet that leaked and was satisfied with the work. I just don’t understand why they came unprepared to install my sink, and have not followed up with my quote.

Had to have crawlspace gas line replaced. Prompt service, friendly, and professional company. Only downside is that worker doesn't come with final bill balance statement or give payment to proper person in office and you may receive a call a week later about bill balance. Good thing I made my payments by checks so that if I don't receive a paid bill statement, I at least have my checks as proof. She was very pleasant when she called inquiring about the bill balance; however, I should not have had to receive it and I should have received a final bill statement on the day of service.

They charged me twice for a diagnostic fee to tell me the same exact thing when I thought the second call would be to replace the machine. The replacement was then scheduled for Tuesday and was moved to Thursday with a very late notice. It's a fine company when you're in a pinch but be prepared to pay a premium for basic service.
