On 5/ 28 21 they told me my system was not worth the repair because something was restricting air flow. I called another contractor and they found a filter had been sucked up and the fan couldn't turn. The unit works fine ever since. I called them told them I would not be paying them yet here I am still getting bills. The unit is still in place and working fine there are more than welcome to go look at the model of serial number on the outside unit.

They were a little higher than everybody else but I would still give them an "A". Everything was good. The total number of people changed. I think the amount of people changed all the time, but I think the total amount of people that came out to do the work was 4 at one point. I would say it took 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves.

I was impressed with this company right from the start. Rey, the estimator, was very professional and knowledgeable. He came out promptly when I called and gave me an estimate on the spot along with information about the equipment that they were going to install. He also gave me their insurance information and licensing information on the spot. What I really liked was that he put on shoe covers before he even entered the house. I knew at that point that the job would be done cleanly and neatly. The installation went well. They actually came out a day earlier than expected and worked very hard at installing the equipment in a very small area. The workers were very nice and pleasant. They laid drop clothes on the floors leading to the heater and air conditioner. They cleaned up (including vacuuming the area) after they were done working each day. The only damage, was a small knick in the wall from carrying up the equipment two stories. Before they left, they showed me how to replace the filters and how to operate the new thermostat. They also said that they would come back before the heater would need to be turned on, so that they could make sure that it was operating properly. I would highly recommend this company. They do quality work at a reasonable price.

I Have used this company at least three times for heating and ac issues over the past few years. I have always been satisfied with their response time and professionalism. I referred them to a relative with full confidence and she had a very bad experience. She has been withouth heat for weeks and no one returns her calls or gives her any idea if or when the heater can be repaired. After weeks she finally had to hire someone else.

It took about 10 minutes for him to check our HVAC system, which was dry. I then had him assess the ductwork and explained that our insurance would cover those repairs. He said he would give us a call with an estimate for that work. We hadn't heard back from them with the estimate that we had asked for regarding the ductwork. We didn't ever hear from them, for an entire month. I called them again, willing to still give them a chance, and they said that they would get back in touch with us that same afternoon. I did not receive a call that afternoon, and don't understand why a company would not want to take on this project. It's fine if they don't want to do this work, I would just appreciate it if they had the courtesy to let me know.

We had a unit off of our mother-in-law suite that was not working properly so we called and they came out right away gave us a diagnosis and explained the overall issues, and said the unit would have to be replaced because it would not maintain a cool level in high heat it was basically shot.So the owner wrote up an estimate presented it to my husband. We felt it was an excellent price andthey were able to do it the next day and unfortunately it was pouring rain but they got it done and stayed to make sure it was working. properly and we are very pleased with the overall service. We also use them for our heating. Their reponse is excellent when ever we call.

They were punctual and professional.

I didn’t use them. The brand of the air conditioner that they used was not something that I was leaning towards. Since the unit is still working, I didn’t use them. They were responsive. I will consider them for a quote in the future.

Called office and they were there by the next afternoon on time. Performed their work and cleaned up the area. Took all cardboard with them. Techs were very profressional and courteous.

Great experience, thought it was a little expensive compared to other companies, but they did come out same day and fixed the problem quickly and professionally.

My AC unit needed a recharge. I know it has a slow leak somewhere but can't afford to replace the condenser unit. Service was prompt and friendly. I needed 3lbs of refrigerant he charged me $54 for the first and $30 for the second and third pound. Call out was $89. I would use them again he gave me some good advice on what to do about my old electrostatic filter that doesn't work very well.

He was prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to have him.
