Cornelios was very professional and was able to start almost right away as we were on a tight time schedule. He and his helpers completed the job in 4 days, did an excellent job and left everything neat and tidy. We plan to have the rest of the house repainted within the next year and will definitely contact him again.

Prompt, thorough, and a good communicator. The only thing they excellent better at was their brushstrokes.

I contacted Cornelios on Tuesday, he called me Wednesday morning, came over Wedsnesday afternoon and gave me an estimate and started the work on Thursday. His crew was great and we would not have even known our house was being painted with the condition they left it in each evening and over the weekend. They stayed on Monday evening until the work was finished. I cannot say enough about Cornelios and Clean Lines and would highly recommend them.

Initial contact was made via phone and I explained that I saw the advertisement on Angie's List. Owner supplied a very professional portfolio with testimonies from other clients, a step-by-step outline of the job to be done with costs of same. The workers showed up on time stated, powerwashed the deck and after ample time to dry, stain was applied. All furnishings were put back on deck in original place. The workers were very polite and meticulous in their work. The deck looks brand new. We were so happy that we passed their name and number onto family and friends.

Cornelios and his team first came to our house to power wash the exterior of the house including several decks that were very much in need of a cleaning. We were thrilled with his work so we asked him to give us an estimate on our painting projects. Later that week, Cornelios came through the inside of our house and gave me a room by room estimate to paint every room in our three story house - including three staircases per my request. Cornelios came to the house on a weekend to accomodate my schedule and worked through my color choices with me and then started on the job. His team came on time every day and worked long days - sometimes until almost 11pm. They did an amazing job preparing the walls and ceiling for painting - identifying nail pops and imperfections that we didn't even see! Cornelios was kind enough to send me pictures of his progress via email to keep me apprised of the progress. His team worked tirelessly and finished the project and we couldn't be happier with the end product. I would definitely recommend Clean Lines for both power washing and painting projects.

I called Cornelios to see if he was available for last minute projects to ready my house for sale. We wanted to have it completed before Memorial Day which only gave him one week to accomplish many separate tasks around our house. He called back right away and came the next day to walk through and process an estimate. The next morning I had a very detailed and thorough estimate and we spoke over the next few days to work out when he could squeeze us in-I was not optimistic that he would be able to squeeze in this amount of work so last minute. To our surprise he was able to work us into his schedule after the weekend. As promised he and his crew arrived each morning by 8:15am. Cornelios went out and matched our paint choices and took it upon himself to buy the low VOC paint since he saw we have three children under three in the home. Because he didn't consult with me first he didn't charge me the extra cost of the paint. He also didn't charge me extra even though I added a doorway and door to be painted and asked if his crew could caulk a few sinks for us. All this work was done with amazing precision (he's accurately called his company Clean Lines!) and with constant attention to detail and care of my home. It took them awhile each morning to get started actually working because they take great care to protect the house. They don't just lie tarps on the floor--they tape them down carefully and actually create sealed rooms with plastic walls to contain any dust from sanding. I was impressed how carefully they lay down dropcloths on the stairs so they do not bunch and make it dangerous to walk on. This did not go unnoticed with 2 toddlers running around throughout their time here. Towards the end of the week with my "deadline" looming, he and his crew worked late to complete everything on time, as promised. It was so refreshing to finally find a contractor who was able to meet the very high standards of quality and professionalism we expect but have failed so often to find over the years as homeowners. I also just received a hand-written thank you card from his company the other day--a nice touch that does show the care Cornelios puts into his company. I would definitely use him again and will likely do so whenever we find a new home! It's a pleasure to leave a great review.

I was extremely pleased with them. It was excellent from the beginning to the end. They were very efficient and very neat. Their price was reasonable. Everything was absolutely excellent. I will most definitely use them again in the future.

Professional and punctual from start to finish. Excellent job. Very responsive to any concerns we had. Cornelios was very helpful with color choices. Would HIGHLY recommend. Our house looks fabulous!

The only negative observation was that only one worker performed the work, without a helper. There was alot of high work which required ladders. There was a risk of injury for the worker and as a homeowner a concern of liability

Owner was very professional from the initial consultation the end. Crew was very friendly and professional. Work was detailed. Very clean during the whole process. Very satisfied.

Highly recommend, very prompt, came and provided estimate (i obtained a few), well prepared, highly knowledgeable with both job and products, professional, product turned out amazing, very clean, good lines, fresh, I will be using again to finish the rest of the interior of the home and to also maintain the completed product as time goes on and maintenance is needed.

When I met with Cornelius, he advised me of what needed to be done and why. He called me each step of the way to explain what I could expect the next day. Day 1 the deck was treated with a cleaner and powerwashed. Left to dry in the sun for two days, then the clear varnish, Sikkens, was applied to complete the process. Did I mention that I was thrilled with the outcome? The men who performed each function were professional and courteous. It was a pleasure to have them at my home.

Clean lines came in and covered the entire surface area of the walls so that they were perfectly smooth. Then they came and painted. They did a wonderful job.

The interaction was fantastic. These guys are the greatest. What stood out to me about them was their professionalism and attention to detail. They leave nothing unturned. They are just unbelievable. I would use them again in the future.

I called Mr Cornelios Wilson on 2 Aug 2010 for an estimate to power wash my entire house and cedar deck and also stain the deck. Mr Wilson came out on 2 Aug 2010 and surveyed the job. He called me back in about 2 hours with an estimate. His estimate was most pleasingly reasonable. He asked if he could start on 3 Aug 2010. I was shocked that he was that available. I told him to proceed on 3 Aug. When I came home from work his crew was finishing up the house and had already done the deck. The deck looked brand new and the house was immaculate. He said he would return on 5 Aug to stain the deck. To his word, he and his crew were here on 5 Aug to stain the deck. I anticipated that he would spray the deck, but to my surprise, they brushed the entire deck with a high quality stain. The deck is beautiful and looks as it did when brand new. I can't thank Cornelios enough for the fine, complete, and quality job he and his crew accomplished. I would certainly recommend Clean Lines. A contractor of honor and integrity. I have asked him to give me an estimate on some interior work we need accomplished. I am looking forward to receiving his quote and the same quality of work.

Mr. Wilson, who I assume is the owner or boss of the company came out immediately and gave me and estimate for pressure washing the vinyl siding of my house and my two neighbors houses. The estimate was very reasonable, and actually the best price I got from the few companies I called for estimates before him. He said he would call me back with the exact date and time they would come to do the job. He called when he said he would, and scheduled the appointment for the next week (because of the Memorial Day weekend). They showed up on time, and did a wonderful job on all three houses, for the price I was quoted. Overall I was very pleased with this company, and the way he treated his customer. I would definitely use him again, and would recommend them to my friends.

Cornelios Wilson and his company provide a great service. They arrived when they said they would and completed the project with skill and professionalism. The team worked late on several nights to avoid predicted inclement weather. CleanLines Painting and Powerwashing did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

We had another small leak in the roof, which left spots on the living room ceiling. Cornelios (company owner) came on the date promised to give us an estimate. He kept in constant contact, and actually came himself after 6:00 p.m. on July 9, 2009 to do the spot painting/blending. Since it was a small job, he charged us only for his travel, we gave him a little extra. He did such a great job! This company is the most reliable and professional in this entire area!! I would recommend them to any one for painting, powerwashing, etc. I just can't say enough good things about them!

This company was exceptional, the best we have ever had in the 13 years we have lived here. I can't begin to say how very, very pleased we were.
