Clean Lines Painting & Powerwashing

I was under the impression that they were a licensed lead remediation company. They had an EPA stamp on the contract that was apparently an award they had won that led me to believe that they were a certified company. I tried to inquire, but they didn't return my call, which was unusual for them. We had received some monies after Hurricane Sandy to do some repairs to a damaged rental unit. I thought they had to be licensed remediation companies, but they just had to be licensed contractors. That was just one little thing. I was happy with the work they did. They left the area clean. They did a decent job. I can't say anything bad about the work.

There was still algae on the shutters and they shorted out our covered outdoor outlet. I called several times and left messages that went unreported, finally spoke to throw project manager who came out to the house and promised someone would be there the next day to redo and they would get anew electrician in touch to look at the outlet. None of that ever happened. I'm so glad I only paid the deposit.

Very professional, they did everything they were hired to do and finished on schedule. The painters arrived on time every day of the project and covered their shoes each time they entered the house. They cleaned up at the end of every day. This was the third time I've hired this company to do painting and wallpaper work. I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

Awesome job! After a couple of weather delays our house, patio areas (front, back & side) and our drive way were power washed today. When we emailed a request for an estimate we got a reply that same day. The owner, Mr. Wilson, came out & gave us an estimate of $375, which we thought was very reasonable. Everyone we dealt with, from Mr. Wilson to his Operations Manager, office staff & the young man who did the power washing were very pleasant and professional. Our patio areas hadn't been cleaned in so long they were a greenish black color! Now they look brand new! We would definitely recommend this provider & will use them again when needed.

Excellent process and results. Painters were on the dot on time. Worked non-stop except for 30 minute lunch. Did not walk out the door at 5pm, but stayed until tasks of the day were completed. Always cleaned up daily. Always covered all furniture and carpets. Detail work was excellent. The end result are beautifully painted walls. Out of town family members in the paint business were very complimentary. Workers were very polite as was the owner.

First impressions are important and Clean Lines did not disappoint. I went through their website to request a quote and got a call within the hour to set up an appointment at my earliest convenience. Cornelios Wilson arrived at my house 2 days later right on time and we went through all the areas I wanted painted. The house had a few imperfections like popped nails and such and he said that it would not be a problem, that they would take care of it and then offered a very reasonable quote. I set an appointment that same day to get the job done. Painiting Day 1- Cornelios arrived promptly at 8:30 am and 2 men quickly followed suit. I was introduced to Juan Carlos and Ariel. We went through the areas one final time and confirmed what was going to be completed. This 2 man crew immediately went to work covering all the floors and furniture. They then corrected popped nails and some uneven areas on the walls. Juan Carlos was very thorough when correcting the areas. They started painting and were able to complete a first coat that same day on the ceilings and almost all the walls. Juan Carlos apologized for not being able to give all the walls the first coat as there were areas where the spackle was not fully dry. They were done for the day at 4:30-5pm. Painting Day 2- These guys are true professionals at their trade. Arriving promptly at 8:15am they went straight to work. They were very meticulous, making sure all coats and edges were even. Derek came by at around 1pm to see the status and if I was pleased. He reminded me that if after the work was completed I found any areas that were missed to just give them a call. The crew was done by 5pm. It's been two weeks since the work was completed and the walls and ceiling look great, I feel like I moved into a new house! I'll definitely be calling Clean Lines for other areas in my home.

Cleanlines was always on time . And since it was an outdoor job ,Cleanlines was always up on the weather and worked only on days that did not hinder the project.

Provider was very responsive to request for an estimate. I received an estimate in a timely manner and the work was completed as expected. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and friendly, including those I spoke to on the phone. At the end of the day when the job was completed they cleaned up perfectly. I will use them again and recommend them.

Very high quality workmanship and materials. Excellent prep and repair work. Sherwin Williams paints are "standard" but will use whatever customer prefers. Everything looks new again. Cornelios came to home to provide estimate. Took time to inspect and discuss all of the above work areas and made recommendations as to path forward. If you know a little about home repairs you will immediately see that he does not like to cut corners and wants to do things the "right way". It is my opinion that he is looking out for the best interest of the customer which I value in any contractor and builds a level of trust. The finished work is beautiful and we will certainly hire again to do interior painting.

Excellent. I did not realize how stained the patio had become. The concrete looked like new after the powerwash.

Wow! Service way far and beyond what you come to expect these days. Cornelius Wilson, owner, personally called and visited property for an estimate. On time. prompt, and kept me totally informed. Scheduled the work and sent the crew quickly. I had special date requirements that required Clean Lines to move their other work to accommodate my needs---and they did that! These folks aren't painters, they are surgeons! Precise, exact, top-notch quality. Protected everything, tapped all, covered furniture. They do not paint around anything attached to the walls, they removed wall sconces and replaced after painting, vacuumed and left entire entry way and room spotless. I worked in construction for many years and have never seen a more professional painting outfit. I thought the price was a heck of a bargain for the outstanding quality and friendly professional service. I will ALWAYS come back to them for all my painting needs and I highly recommend them to others. Simply perfect!

Two painters did excellent prep work and the paint results were excellent as well. Arrived on time each day. Completed the job in about 4 days. Clean up was done each day. A final detail touch up was done as well. Job supervisor made several on site visits to follow-up and see if there were any issues. Overall we were very satisfied with the results.

PERFECT. I cannot say enough about the superior quality of the workmanship, customer service, professionalism of all workers and the price was absolutely excellent in relation to other estimates. I will most definitely recommend this company and hire them again. I am not a friend or relative of anyone in this company; this is a completely unbiased evaluation.

Very smoothly. There is an actual office staff to take your calls and answer questions and they are extremely pleasant/helpful. The estimate was sent via e mail and was very specific. They showed up when promised and completed the work. The powerwash didn't clean the house as well as I'd hoped but it had never been done before (installed about 7 years ago), maybe it is something that needs to be done on a regular basis. The concrete is clean and looks good. Painters completed two coats on the foundation in one day. The newly painted brick looks wonderful. It is a clean and neat job. I would hire this firm in a heartbeat. I rated the price as grade C because their prices were on par with other companies.

My family owns a vacation rental property. One week before our first tenant was scheduled to arrive we had a small issue that need immediate attention. We had a very hard time finding someone to help us with the small issue and within the short time span! Not only did the owner offer to come out that week but when he heard my panic he came out he next day! On a weekend! He quickly and efficiently solved the problem. We will definitely use their services again! It is a reliable, family business. I highly recommend their services.

They painted our two story house and trim quickly and efficiently. It looks great and was done within the time we were told. They are reliable and did a nice job. We are very happy.

It went very well. The owner, Cornelius, came out to a**** the house and give me an estimate. He was on time and professional. The technician that did the job was on time and proceeded to thoroughly power wash the house.

From the beginning of the project Cornelios and his team were always on time, extremely professional and took care of my home as though it was their own. His price for the job was very fair and the quality of work was excellent. Everything was covered and they were extremely careful in moving all the furniture. The overall job took them less time than was originally thought without sacrificing on the quality of their work. When the job was completed they cleaned everything, even getting down on their hands and knees to wipe the hardwood floors. His workers went over and above in the quality of their workmanship and did everything I asked them to do. We were blown away with how the job came out, it looks terrific. You can tell that Cornelios trains his employees very well, as they share his values and workmanship. I would definitely recommend Clean Lines to anyone having any painting work to do. As a matter of fact I have asked him to give me a quote on some outside painting work to be done in the spring. All our neighbors that have seen the work that was done asked for his card (Which I gladly gave them) for any future painting needs. Overall, they did a great job and thanks to Cornelios and his team on a job well done.

The painting project went extremely well. Cornelios was prompt and let us know exactly what was going to happen and when. Each day the room they were working in was cleaned and put back the way it was in the morning so that we were not inconvenienced in any way. They did an excellent job and we would definitely use them again...
