Wenzel was amazing. He did a fantastic job and didn’t get frustrated when my grandmother needed him to explain and reexplain things because she couldn’t hear him (she’s going deaf). On time and within the earlier half of the time a lot window.

Just hire them. Maybe a tad pricey but they know what they're doing. Excellent experience overall.

The plumber came out right away and fixed my problem. I just thought he was a littlr expensive.

We hired them to service our boiler, we purchased a new home and had never had radiators, we wanted to know how to maintain them and to have them checked out. Their serviceman was extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us a 4-hour window, told us they would call when he was on his way, which they did and they were there in the earlier part of the 4-hour window we were given. Very pleased.

He removed a plastic ring holding a disinfectant that came loose and clogged the toilet. He was able to clear the pipes without any major work. I no longer use products that use a plastic holder.

They were prompt and very friendly. They did excellent work. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will use them again.

First time using home advisor in need to find a plumber on urgent base. I was very grateful that the owner Mr Stanley came to solve our ploblem. He is very experienced, thoughtful, courteous. I would use this company again.

Work was completed promptly. This was for a vacation home, so they arranged their schedule so that they could give me a price and start work on the same day if I accepted the price. This was for a hot water heater which was expensive partly because two guys were needed and this was on a 3rd-floor condo with no elevator. It did take them 6 hours including their lunch break, so the price was fair given the amount of labor involved. Liked that they had multiple options for warranty and signed me up for their maintenance plan "on the spot" to get a 15% discount (despite paying for the maintenance plan, I still ended up paying less). I would use them again.

We called as an emergency call, we had been informed by the gas company we had a gas leak due to rotting pipes and they turned us off immediately. We called Benjamin Franklin and they were able to get Mike to look at it the next morning, very courteous and knowledgeable. While inspecting my gas lines we were found to have a water leak in the crawlspace and issues with our well tank as well as our city water. We were given a quote and agreed to start the next morning. John was there early in the pouring rain and began the job. There were quite a few other men who also came to help. The men were all knowledgeable friendly and experienced. They finished the gas lines which was an all day laborious job. They were coming back to finish the water pipes. The next day (Friday of memorial day weekend)our gas pool heater was still not lighting and Stan ( owner) and John returned and found the problem and had everything up and running. They returned Tuesday morning as agreed and completed the other work! I would recommend them to anyone looking to hire for a job. Our experience with them from first phone call to completing the work was above average for customer service, dependability and work satisfaction!
