Vent Cleaning

It didn't go very well but it could, if they can still figure out how to do the work that I paid for last year.

The young man who came to do the job questioned the extent of the job. He hopped on his phone, called his boss who spoke with me. I was not comfortable with the interactions and did not want these providers. There was a language difference which did not help. It has been some time since this encounter. I've forgotten it by and large. I do now remember that the lady who answered the phone when I called was English speaking and did try to accommodate me

“I did not like him, I wasn’t really satisfied”

Fine. No probs. Also suggested getting air ducts cleaned, and tried to sell us that service at time of visit.

Bought vent cleaning voucher. Tried to make an appointment for over a year. Could not get an appointment convenient for me. Tried again a few months later. Girl on the phone was obnoxious. After being on hold for a while, I was told they would call me back to schedule an appointment. They never did. Wish I could get my money back.

It ended up costing me more than the deal. It was very misleading.

i asked the provider to come and give me a estimate for the service, this way i was sure what the project would cost me. I was assured that the price advertised on Angies list was not going to change. first they first show up over 1 hour late of the schedule appointment, then the tech starts to do his inspection and said by the way i have charge you an additional $400.00 because of the type of unit. On their website website they show a method on how they clean the ducts with air pressure and a attachment to send down the vent pipes. well that never happened they only blow away the dust from the front vent (never took vent cover off to actually clean) very expensive, very unprofessinal

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. They reached me on time. The listed price was different from the final price because I have 2 floors. They did good service. The quality was good, they responded quickly, and they showed up on time.

There were a few vents he forgot to do....very rushed

It went great. They were quick, clean, and thorough. I don't remember them being late.

It was alright. He was done in 30 minutes and took a lot of breaks. A previous company that cleaned the vents was here for 2 hours. It wasn't worth the money.

It seemed all right. I thought they would have used brushes, but they only used a vacuum to clean out the vents. I was not terribly impressed but it was fine. They were very nice people. They sent one person out to do the job. He got the job done in a few hours. The cleanup was like he was never here.

The gentleman who came to clean the vents was quick, efficient and kind. He left everything as clean as it was when he arrived. I would definitely use them again.

It was fine. We ended up paying more money than we thought we were going to have to pay. The work was fine.

It seemed to go so fast that I was concerned that he couldn't have cleaned the ducts. But upon inspection I was very pleased to see what a good job had been done.

Problems scheduling appointments. I was told my vents were Pristine and very clean I am 71 yrs and very thankful to Angie's List for their support. I feel this job was not competed as presented and coupon was not clear . If I had known I could have use the reverse on my canister vacuum and saved $199.00

Unfortunately, I was out of the service area for this provider. However, she was very nice and very helpful. They tried to see if they could get a truck to come to my location to perform the work. I would definitely recommend them. She was trying very hard to help out me with this deal.

We had purchased an entire vent cleaning including the dryer vent through Angie's List. When he walked in, he wanted to know what we were having done. I thought this would be on his records. I don't know if Angie's list contacts them or not, but he seemed confused on our service. Once that was done, all he does is spray compressed air into your vents (from top to bottom) and then vacuums out from one vent the dust that he had blown down. It took him about an hour.

They were awesome! Everything turned out very well. The price was great and they came on time for the appointment. There was one technician here doing the work. They did not disrupt the house in any way and were respectful that I had a three year old. I will probably use him again for another vent cleaning.

He did a good job and I was satisfied with the service. If I were to have my ducts cleaned again, I would prefer having each air duct vacuumed (not just the vent) although I realize it would cost more money.

There was an issue with scheduling. The lady over the phone could have been more cooperative. I did end up getting a refund for the coupon.

No one contacted me yet about this - I have purchase this deal but no one from Vendor contacted me yet. Does this vendor exists? What happened to my Money ? Angies List, Please contact the Vendor and getback to me.

I was a little disappointed because in order to get the cleaning that I wanted, I would’ve had to pay twice as much. I think the Deal should be a little more straightforward. The work they did do was pretty good and the workers were nice. However, they had to come back two or three times with the right size ladder for my ceilings.
