OZON Air Duct Cleaning

I would definitely hire Ozon again. Serhii was the representative who did my job. He arrived on time, and was courteous and professional. In addition he took the time to thoroughly explain the process, and even gave me some tips on choosing the right filters to maintain good air quality in the house. Within hours we noticed the airflow had been improved to the upper levels of the house, and you no longer feel the air getting warmer as you walk up the stairs. Good service; highly recommended!

Extremely well and thorough. Serge knows what he is doing and is very kind and efficient. We were working from home while he did the work and surprising there was not a lot of noise during the work since the vacuums were outside.

Excellent. Thank you for sending Serghii to my home. He called to ask if he could come earlier than the appointed time. He was courteous and professional and did not leave a mess as others have in the past. He pulled compressed lint from the dryer vent that was clearly missed by previous vendors who "cleaned the vent". I will definitely recommend Ozon to family, friends and clients.

Over the years, we have had our dryer vent cleaned but most companies just blow out the vent. The rep from Ozon used a dryer vent brush to clean out the entire vent. He worked very hard, did a thorough job and explained everything that he was doing. Without question, we will definitely hire them again.

The service man appeared at the designated time, performed the task at hand in a thorough and professional manner, including cleaning up and departed. We were very pleased with the entire process. The air in the house now seems fresher. (Our system is natural gas-forced air which we don't care for). We can only offer positive comments on this entire job. Highly recommended.

Serg was extremely thorough and spent approximately an hour longer than he originally anticipated due to the fact that our home's ducts had apparently never been cleaned - he still only charged us the initial price quoted over the phone (Angie's List Deal). He was extremely courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be using them again!

Great! We just moved into the house and the ducts were really dirty. The house was always dusty and we were sneezing all the time. After the cleaning it's so much better!!

Serge was very professional and punctual. Called me about 45 mins before he said he'd be there and got there exactly at that time. He and his other crew member (I think his name was Jay) were very thorough in first inspecting the whole system and then with the cleaning. He showed me before and after pictures of the ducts to show the dust/debris that was there and had been cleaned off. Our dryer vent was apparently way too long and routed through the attic, and it required them to be in the attic for a considerable time on a very hot day. But they were professional with everything they did. All in all, very good service and would definitely hire them again.

They were cheaper than all the rest of them I called. They came when they said they would. The guy was really good. I would use them again. That guy did some things that I did not put on the list to do.

I booked them to come out and clean my air vents and dryer vent. Upon arrival Den put on shoe covers to protect the carpet. He did visual inspection of the vents and showed to me their current state. His assessment was that the air vents were clean and it wouldn't be beneficial to do professional cleaning. I agreed and he just did dryer vent cleaning. The job was done very thoroughly he even went to attic to verify vents are clean through and through. It's very rare these days to find professionals that really care about the value for the customer and not their personal profit. I would definitely recommend them to be hired again.

Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and courteous. Arrived on time. Provided a lot of useful tips regarding my HVAC system moving forward. Showed pictures before and after duct cleaning to display cleanliness. Would buy services from them again in future, highly recommended.
