Prompt, professional and thorough. My ducts had never been cleaned in their 40+ years of existence. Could not believe the amount of dust and debris that was removed. Sergei was very courteous and answered all my questions. Service had been easily scheduled at short notice after another name brand appliance company let me down. Ozon had a flat fee no matter how many vents so great value too. Highly recommend.

Excellent work done - well planned and done in a methodical manner

everything went very well; appointment made on the phone, answered all questions; called before coming to let us know exactly when he'd be here; spent over two hours even though the ducts weren't very dirty; this was our first time having the ducts cleaned and we were a little nervous about using Ozon because the price was considerably lower than others; we even had a two zone installation and they didn't charge extra for it; house was left spotless inside; couldn't be more pleased; don't hesitate to use

The technical was on time and very fast.

The service person explained the job and showed pictures of dirty vents.

Missed many ducts. I don't believe that the entire length of duct were cleaned. When I pointed out these things and asked questions, technician was not happy being questioned, and said I know my job. When he was ready to leave I asked him if he cleaned dryer vent pipe from behind the dryer. He said yes complete pipe has been cleaned from outside. I had doughs so insisted on checking the connection pipe. He opened it up and sure enough there was lot of stuff in there. He cleaned it up and gave an excuse that he thought the dryer pipe was installed new and should not require cleaning. If you hire them then be sure to watch them and ensure job is done properly. Ask questions when you are not sure.

The technician arrived as scheduled and talked me through the process before beginning the work. When he was done he showed me all of the dust, etc. that was removed. He was very polite and professional.

Serhii performed the cleaning and did a fantastic job. He was on time, knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. He performed the basic vent cleaning and went above and beyond to further clean the inside of the dryer (there was significant lint build-up within the bottom of the dryer). He shared tips and tricks to keep the machine running efficiently going forward.

It went well. The technician was prompt, courteous and neat . He explained what he was doing and seemed to know his job. Payment was made via credit card over his smartphone app.
