OZON Air Duct Cleaning

Very well, Dan was punctual very professional and pleasant. He explained why he was doing as he was going along Prior to the cleaning I noticed I coughed a bit when the heat is on and had to pull out my humidifier. After the cleaning, I have not coughed that much since the cleaning. Thank you Dan for doing a wonderful job!

I was very impressed. I received a call the morning of and the technician showed up on time. He went through what was to be done and throughout the process showed me pictures of the before and after. He was very personable, informative and pleasant. I would highly recommend their service.

Dan showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and performed the work in a timely fashion. My only complaint is I used the Angie's List coupon which was supposed to include a video inspection, but there wasn't one completed.

Large, noisy machine comes inside the home. Particles of dust were coming into our home from certain air vents for at least a month after the cleaning.

The house ducts were cleaned by a knowledgeable and personable technician. The job was done quickly and professionally. However since the vent duct was on the roof he was unable to do the dryer vent. The price was adjusted to $199 which was the Angie's List offer price..

Service was scheduled about 2 weeks in advance with a two hour arrival window. Service person called ahead of time asking if he can come 30 min earlier which was fine. However he had a punctured tire which delayed him for about 2.5 hours - his was communicated to me promptly. Once he arrived we did a walk-through of the system and went over the process. One system with about 14 total vents/returns took about 2.5 hours. There was no mess left behind. On the spot I decided to also do a drier vent cleaning which was also done quite fast. I was also shown the picture of the ducts before and after and the difference was noticeable.

It went well. They were timely and detailed. I realized they forgot one of the returns, called them and mentioned it. They set a time and sorted it within a week.

Technician arrived during listed two hr arrival time. He told me that I have the wrong type of vent cover and he wanted to remove it and leave it open. He said air was not getting through. I told him that is because the screen is covered with lint and that is why I have him here. He showed me on-line what kind of cover to get. I have never been told that before. I asked him to clean the cover and leave on until I can have it replaced. He did the work and informed my Brother that the vent cover should be removed, he ran the dryer one more time and more lint stuck to the cover. He did not remove that or pick-up the lint that he removed from the screen. He just left it on the ground. Also he didn't leave a receipt and I had to contact the company. They responded immediately and emailed me the invoice.

One person came and was very efficient. He did all the activities as specified.

The worker did an excellent job. The only small problem, and it is small, is that there were duct shavings on my rug underneath where he had to drill in order to complete the job. Was satisfied and would use again
