It was really easy to schedule an appointment, two guys showed up in the beginning of the arrival window, job was done efficiently and the was no mess. I will use them next year.

The people were very good. I was very happy. They were darn near perfect. I had no problem with this guy. I would absolutely use them again. They were right on time. There was two guys. One worked upstairs and one downstairs. They didn't talk, just worked. I really enjoyed it. Great job.

I received a call from the technician giving me an estimate time of arrival, which was accurate, When the two technicians arrived, Dan and Serg, they introduced themselves. I brought them in and directed to the vents. They quickly got to work and explained what they would be doing. They also showed me pictures of my dirty vents and then showed me the after pictures. Wow was all I could say. They also showed me the dust and debris that had come out of my air ducts. They took me through the whole process. Serg also wanted to show me a dangerous concern. He showed me the exhaust vent on my furnace was rotted and leaking carbon monoxide into my house. He strongly suggested we had this fixed asap. For an additional $150.00 I could have had my furnace blower cleaned or as they instructed, I could wait until the next visit if I preferred. I did decide to wait a little while. They also let me know how often I should have these cleanings.I was very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and accuracy. I would definitely hire Ozon again and plan to for my next cleaning. I believe the price was quite reasonable for the work performed.

It went very well. Noticed an immediate improvement in air quality after they removed a lot of cat hair. Gave us instructions on how often to clean the vents i.e. when to have the service again.

Great company! Prompt, professional, affordable and hard working! They are a newer company with exceptional customer service! I was informed of what was going on every step of the way and given advice on what do for ongoing maintenance. After we had the work completed we noticed a leak from one of our units a week later, I called them up and although they knew it was nothing they had done they were kind enough to come back and take a look for me...and were even able to fix the problem! Would highly recommend them and use them again and again!

Very professional. I received a call within 24 hours of paying through Angie's list. Suggested coming out on a Sunday which worked well for me and my husband. Called on day of appointment to let me know he was on his way. Arrived on time, took his shoes off so he would not to track into the house since it had been raining. He took before and after pictures which were very telling on how much dust he cleaned from the return duct and all other vents throughout the house. He was very thorough, efficient and cleaned up as he went along. I'm still amazed of dust he cleaned out. I would highly recommend this company.

He noticed that we don't wear shoes in the house so he took off his before entering. He took before and after pics to show the marked improvements. Exactly the way I wanted. Dan called to confirm our appt. and arrived on time. He was very professional and polite. He explained each step; answered our questions and did not rush. He did a thorough and outstanding job. This was the first time the ducts have been cleaned in 20+ years. He did very neat work and was very careful in all he did. The new dryer duct run is solid and well connected. Couldn't have asked for better. My husband and I will definitely recommend him and use him again.. Great company, great work, great price.

Hired ozon to clean two full Hvac systems and dryer vent. They showed up the next day on time and work was excellent. These guys were very detailed and took pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them.

Dan is DA MAN! A+A+A+ Dan arrived on time, was very conscientious and extremely professional! He went into detail on how to keep my HVAC system clean and working at peak performance. He took photos inside the ducts (both before and after) and the insides of the ducts looked like NEW POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL when he was finished! Great job, thanks again!

Went well, crew showed up half hour earlier, guys were very nice, they cleaned my air ducts and vents I had about 20 of those. It was a pleasure doing business with OZON, i think i'll call them in a couple of years to do the job again.

I am very pleased with the service. Technitians arrived on the day and time quoted, they took their shoes off before entering home. I was truly impressed by the fact that the technician took great care to remove the vent covers carefully so as to not ruin the paint or the grills. They also showed me before and after pictures of all the vents. We noticed a difference in the air immediately! By far the best home service experience we have ever had. They did exactly what they promised and it was stress-free!

Two guys showed up on time, wearing company uniform, they asked me to show where is the dryer located, witch was on the second floor, they disconnected the dryer vent from the machine and went to the attic. Job took about 30 min, after completion they cleaned up the area around and showed me vacuum full of lint. I was told that it hasn't been cleaned for 10 years, though it should be done yearly. I will definitely call OZON next year to service my dryer.

Great! Two young men arrived within the window anticipated. I received a phone call approximately half hour prior to arrival. I was shown before and after images throughout the process. Very happy with the service and will use them in the future.

Went great, crew came in and did a walk through, told me that job will take 2-2,5 hours. They were very responsive and answered all my questions. In the middle of the process i had to leave to pick up my son, so i left them in the house for 20 min. When the job was done they shared before and after pictures. I was recommended to clean my ducts every 3-5 years. I had great experience and will use this company again.

Two guys showed up on time, they explained me the whole process, worked extremely diligent at cleaning of all the vents and main ductwork. During the process they checked the coil, it was slightly contaminated so they proposed to get it cleaned and sanitized free of charge as their special promotion.
