OZON Air Duct Cleaning

Guy name Serhil showed up right on time. He even called before he came to notify that he is coming. Very professional, informative , he knew what he was doing. Took time to clean all the vents. Also gave some tips how to keep vent clean and others. I really recommend this company. It's one of the cheap and best I've found so far. Others charge over $200-$300.

Person who came to my home was very decent and polite. He spent almost 3 hours to clean all the duct. He also gave us quite a few useful recommendation to improve our system. Great job guys.

Went very well. I called then a day before appointment to request an additional service and was willing to reschedule if needed. But they were able to accommodate my request within the original appointment. The technician was very polite and efficient.

Air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Sergei was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Did a great job cleaning out the air vents and ducts which have not been done in over 18 years. Also cleaned dryer vent and dryer exhaust hose was disintegrated and replaced it.

Great.....Fantastic company especially the owner Dan. Dan discovered a problem with the dryer vent piping that the housing inspector over looked. He is getting the parts and responding to repair the issue. Piping problem has been on going for sometime based on the amount of lint that accumlated.. Use this company...

Overall, it was fine. I previously used Sears to clean my dryer vent and they cleaned the external (back of dryer to external vent) AND vacuumed/cleaned the dryer lint compartment. Ozon only cleaned the external and not the dryer compartment

Very well. Ozon was very professional. We made the appointment and then I had to change it almost last minute as we had basement remediation done and the floors were still wet. They rescheduled without a fuss. Sergey came on time explained everything to me. He worked for over 2 hours cleaning out the whole system, recommended I change the type of filters being used, and was very respectful, removing his shoes while on the first floor and only putting them on to go to the basement.

Extremely well. Since I'm a first time homeowner the gentleman gave me numerous tips in how to maintain my furnace and future duct cleanings. I really appreciated him taking his time in doing thorough work. I would definitely use this vendor again.

The service (duct cleaning) went better than expected. Past experience with duct cleaners was not positive, resulting in little or no improvement. This service person was personable, professional and thorough. He was very forthcoming with advice and suggestions; he was fastidious throughout the job, leaving no mess behind. The job was done at the price contracted and there was no pressure to purchase further services. Since having this service provided, there is discernably less dust in the air.
