Prompt, personable, excellent work and great price for the amount of work done.

Despite a delay caused by Angie's List's transition to a new computer system; once they were aware of my order I was contacted and the job scheduled for the following day. They arrived on time, and had completed the entire house within a few hours. They were able to remove some nasty algae stain on the north side of the house, and pointed out some areas on the clapbords where some minor repairs are needed. They even suggested some tree trimming that would prevent algae on the roof. John was very pleasant and professional; and it turns out that I had used his company in previous years when it was under a different name. Now that I know his company's new name, I'll definitely use them again.

John came out to provide an estimate -- a little bit higher than I wanted to pay, but he offered a decent discount for paying cash. He was very knowledgable and provided me a color booklet, his card, written quote, and even his suggestions and recommendations. That being said, he mentioned that he could email me pictures of decks Hot Wash had completed in the color choice we selected. I texted him the next day with my email address (like he asked me to) and he wrote back that he'd send them later that day....and this was the last time I ever heard from him. He neither emailed me nor returned my call. We were actually going to hire Hot Wash; however, since we never heard from them again, we have now hired a different Angie's List company at a lesser price but with the same agreed upon work.

It went very well. John, the owner, showed up earlier than promised (which was great). He was professional and thorough. All the green slime and sludge is now gone from the house. He took his time to ensure everything was done just right. The house practically sparkles now. Nice guy!

They contacted us by phone and schedule an appointment about a week later. They were prompt, even early for the appointment since we were the first job of the day. All the needed was access to water and they took care of the rest. They washed the whole house and even got the delicate wood trim since it wasn't a pressure wash. They used a hot water solution and the house was perfectly clean. I honestly hadn't seen it so clean since we bought it last year! We were very happy with the service and the price for the deal. We would recommend them again in the future. Thanks!

Rough start because he didn't show up the day we had agreed upon. He called the next day and apologized telling me that his secretary was suppose to call and explain that the threat of rain was not advantageous for power washing. We agreed upon another date and he arrived early. Three days later he came back to stain and waterproof the deck. I'm very happy with the outcome and have already recommended him to my friends.

Service was exactly as advertised. John was my contact, he was very professional and explained the process in great detail. The deck was power washed one day, left to dry for 4-5 days, pertruding nails and loose hanging lattice was treated, then treated with seal. Only detail which was not planned steamed from sealing the deck myself 3 years ago. I needed to purchase similar product to chemically match (wax vs. oil based product). John explained exactly why the extra product was needed, which I appreciated - this was not an upsell by any means. This rendered an additional $48, with extra material left over for future use. Result is a great looking deck.

The technician arrived right on schedule at 9AM and had me walk with him around the house to see what had to be done. Then he explained what he was going to do. They use hot water and a mix of green chemicals that are sprayed on the house that do the work and then just use enough pressure to rinse the dirt away. I was impressed with the professionalism of the whole procedure. He was done in two hours and did a great job. After he finished we walked around the house again he pointed some things that he noticed that needed some attention, such as a section of vinyl siding that had come loose and he did his best to reattach. I liked that he pointed these items out to me so they could be taken care of even though this was work they did not do. Nice. Appreciated. I would definitely use them again

Update August 1, 2015 - This provider called to inform me that they had phone issues and that they were not receiving any calls or emails. They came out and did an excellent job. Don called me the next day to confirm that everything dried well and that I was satisfied with the service. I thought that was a nice touch. I purchased a big deal from them and they initially reached out and told me they would call me in two days. 5 days later, I still have not heard anything and the phone says it's been disconnected.

The house was washed quickly and thoroughly. The deck, which was not included in the contract, was also washed at no extra cost..

They were quick but thorough - the chemicals used stripped away the mildew that had built up and left everything looking clean. They worked with me to find a convenient time to come and I'd highly recommend them.

John and his brother showed up early and got the job done impeccably.

I sent John an e-mail through AL requesting a quote for power washing the concrete around my pool. He called me within hours of my email and scheduled the appointment within 1 week. John and another guy showed up at my house at 7:15am and got to work. John could not have been nicer, more professional, and accommodating. The concrete around the pool -- which was GROSS -- looks absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!!!! John also gave me great advice on the new concrete patio that was put in this year (can't power wash it for at least a year) and did some spot treatments on it to remove staining from falling leaves at no charge. SIMPLY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've received in a long time. I went to the dentist after John's visit and was just raving about him to everyone in the office. You can't go wrong with Hot Wash LLC. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
