John was highly responsive, punctual and professional. Plus he pointed out the special he had for whole house cleaning plus gutters for $249. The work was done within a week and the house looks fabulous!

John and Brian did a fantastic job of pressure washing our house, which included killing any algae and mold. John explained that their system works so well because the hot water activates the solutions that they use and also inhibits future growth. He was very honest about letting me know when I might need to have it done again (much longer than I would have expected). I told him that I knew of someone who pressure washes his house twice a year. He said that many people have it done more often because they are using cold water and, more importantly, because they aren't doing anything to kill the underlying problem - only removing the surface dirt.

John Kullich & his team did an excellent job with cleaning, repairing and painting my deck. They also did an excellent job power-washing my pavered backyard patio. I would hire them again in the future.

It was good, I have really no problems or negatives it was just as I expected. I wasn't home when they were here. I came back I didn't see much a difference in before vs after.

awesome......I realized late in the season that my regular gutter cleaning company did not show up and I needed my gutters cleaned before the first sleet of the season. By the time I realized it, the first sleet of the season was just a few days away and they came within 48 hours of my initial inquiry, fitting me in next to a previously scheduled stop in the next town over. I was really appreciative and they did a great job.

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. It worked out very well. He came and everything went well and I plan to use them in the future. There was no additional charge. It was performed better than I had hoped. The leaves and the gutters were all completely cleaned including those with covers on them. The covers still allowed certain stuff to get in and he cleaned those out as well, so it was better than I had expected. This was my first time using them.

Prompt, professional, and thoughtful about their advice for how to do needed follow-ups with other professionals (roofers). Am glad to have made the connection via Angie's List.

It went incredibly well. John was very personable and professional. He and his helper were on time and ready for work. My house is surrounded by trees, so the algae that grew on my siding was everywhere. When he was finished, it looked brand new. He was there for several hours and did a thorough job. He even did my detached garage which I had not discussed with him prior to the work. I would recommend him & his company to any homeowner looking for this service. My only regret is that I will likely not need his services for the next few years.

Great, they were very professional. Came first to clean and prepare the deck and stairs. A few days later, after the deck was dry, they came and repainted the deck with a colored stain to match the prior color of the deck. Since the deck had a colored stain, there was an additional charge of $400 to match and cover the second story deck and stairs .The deck looks brand new and was told it would last for several years with routine maintenance. I would use them again, next time for power washing of the house.

I purchased their Big Deal for gutter cleaning. I waited 4 days for someone to call me, then I called and left a message. Then I emailed. A few days later I received a voice mail from someone saying he was sorry for the delay, he had been in the hospital. He said he'd be in my area the following Wednesday and to let him know if that worked. I called back and left a message stating that Wednesday worked and to please let me know if it would be morning or afternoon. No return call or email. The day before they were supposed to come, I called twice, trying to confirm someone was coming and what time. No one called back and no one showed up. I waited a week before requesting a refund from Angie's List.

There was some initial confusion with scheduling, but it was quickly resolved. They showed up on time although it was raining. The job was done rapidly.

Very smoothly. They arrived on time for the initial appointment for the cleaning and returned to apply the sealer after the deck dried with my not needing to be there.

John and the folks from Hot Wash did a great job. They were prompt, hard working and accommodating to my work schedule. We are already planning our next project with them.

John and his crew did an awesome job of pressure washing our entire house, including windows (excluding roof of course). They are the only company we found that uses hot water and non-toxic cleaners - the end result was far superior and safer for our family and pets - now our 60 year-old house looks almost new! We will definitely hire Hot Wash again and again, for all our pressure washing jobs and deck restoration. We were lucky to purchase an Angie's List Deal, otherwise the normal cost would be higher to pressure wash our entire house (and well deserved!). We highly recommend Hot Wash and couldn't be happier. (Tip: during busy season, Hot Wash gets booked weeks in advance and John the owner returns all phone calls himself, so you need to have some patience - but they are well worth the wait!)

John and his crew showed up promptly. They were very professional and did a great job, John even addressing a particularly difficult area with a hand brush. House looks fantastic. So good that a plumber that arrived to do some work for me asked for his card! Would definitely use again, I highly recommend.
