Went well. John and his crew did a great job. I use them for both Power Washing and Gutter cleaning.

Second time using Hot Wash. This time for roof gutter cleaning. Just like last time, they were exemplary. Gutters were cleaned with precision. Old debris , including roof and tar particles, which were never found before, were removed. John is very honest and educated me about several things around my home, no sales pitch at all, just trying to save me money. Plan on using Hot Wash again in spring for other projects needing attention Cannot say enough about their punctuality, fair price, quality of work and professionalism. Thank you Angie's list for providing me with such a terrific company . Highly recommend and have done so .

John Kullick from How Wash was fantastic. Got back to me very quickly when I sent him any message thru Angies List message board. John and his asst. were very prompt , very informative and very professional. They did a terrific job and used as safe chemicals as possible to clean the mold and dirt. ( The roof was very dirty after years of sun and bad weather.), He went above and beyond and spent over two hours making sure all areas were clean and even did my gutters and spouts at no extra cost. Thrilled that Angies list referred this company. Will highly recommend and use again.

It went very well. They did a good job. They filled in some spots that needed it. They also painted the deck. The cost was reasonable.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. The deck was done for an additional $75

Was contracted to: 1. power wash deck 2. replace needed screws and nails 3. stain the deck He power-washed the deck but never returned to do the other contracted work. I called his phone number 3 times and his box was always full. I then messaged him. He never got back to me.

It went fine once you finally get a call back. I rated responsiveness a "C" because you do not get a call back and it took over a month to get the job completed. The weather may have been a factor but when you call a vendor/provider and leave messages, in my experience the least the owner can do is get back to you in a timely manner and tell you what is going on regarding your project. Eventually I did get a response after I contacted Angies List and the job/work done was very good. Good vendor if you are not in a hurry for completion.

It was a few days between the cleaning and the staining due to bad weather. The deck needs to dry before the stain can be applied. Upon their return they applied the necessary coats of stain to bring the deck back to life. It is not required for you to be there when the work is done. The owner and his staff were very professional. I would recommend their services and will certainly be using them again in the coming years. It was worth the cost.

Called twice to get an estimate. Was given 2 dates for the estimate and they never showed up for both.

The work was done by experts who did a good job and explained a lot to me. The only minor exception was, they (and I) did not realize that an oregano plant in a pot should have been removed from the area. The "deal" listing failed to mention that the deck was to be ground-floor only. Provider made an exception (their only other option was to cancel and waste their time-slot.) According to provider, ever since the acquisition of AngiesList by HomeAdvisor, their have been frequent problems like that. The other problem we had was scheduling the second appointment. (The service must be done in two steps, several days apart.) The provider scheduled it tentatively during the first appointment, with the understanding that it would be postponed if it rained in between. It rained. I received no communication before the second appointment's scheduled day. The provider's office (?) called a few days after that, and we scheduled the second appointment. But the provider arrived on a different day, weeks early, with no advance notice and no other communication.

It went great. John showed up on time, gave me the price of the extra square footage(which was very reasonable), and started the job. He did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier.

Went very well......John and dad came out to do initial power wash then needed to wait a couple of days to dry before sealing. Of course we had rain off and on for a few days but that's mother nature for you. Then after a few dry days the deck was sealed......nice job. Will have these guys back in a few years to keep deck in good shape.
