Rodney did my guest bathroom. He came to my house after many other contractors, gave me the best price and was available immediately. I was so impressed with his professionalism and efficiency! He got the job done in one week! Took the bathroom down to the studs, and installed all new walls, tile shower, and referred me to a great glass company for the shower door. He asked me about every detail before just guessing. His men were polite, and clean. Plan to use him again in the future!

I would recommend Rodney for any work you need in your home. He completed my kitchen which was a total remodel in 10 days. He is always on time. He is also very respectful of the area he working in. He always left my house clean when he left for the day. After the kitchen he added a closet to one of our bedrooms that we were very happy with.

Velez Hone Improvement was referred to me, and I could not have a better experience. I needed to rectify some water damage in my home and they did a wonderful job all around. Excellent job fixing the door

The first time I hired Velez Home Improvement was 5yrs ago for some carpentry work wich they did a great job and Ive used them a couple more times after. Recntly, I contacted them in Nov 2020 for small project to fix some things against an insurance claim which included clearing some clogged drains. We discovered due to old piping, It was best to replace it and instead of ripping cabinets off the wall Velez Home improvement helped me save thousands by accessing the back of the house to replace pipes. Rodney Velez, the owner, gave my project 1st priority due to the major plumbing issue and worked with me on pricing. His level of focus and customer service was A+! I highly recommend this company due their expertise and high level of customer service.

My bathroom is beautiful and he did the work very fast and within budget. He takes his clients very seriously and gives their projects the attention and quality service that he promises. He actually did the remodeling himself, with only one other partner and this is by far the best reno ive ever had...and ive had a few already. And he referred me to other professsionals to get other work done, so hes willing to share his resources. I would recommmend he and his team to anyone.

Rodney and his team did a great job -- had to cut a hole in the ceiling due to a leak. Rodney did all repairs to sheet rock, sanded, painted ceiling as well as repairing other ceiling cracks and doing some trim work. This is a contractor that I would recommend for hire. Rodney has performed two remolding jobs in my house, the bathroom and the kitchen. My bathroom was done by Rodney 5 years ago and my Kitchen was recently completed. Both jobs were completed on time and exceeded my expectations. Rodney was courteous and made suggestions that I would have never thought about making. These suggestions improved the final outcome of both remolding jobs. Rodney was always concerned about making my wife and I happy and would always make sure that we were.

Rodney provided us with outstanding service during our kitchen remodel. He gave us great feedback on our ideas and also gave us some amazing suggestions. We asked for a tight completion timeline on our remodel because of a party we were having and Rodney came through. Rodney Velez was very easy to work with. His workers came early and did what needed to be done. I was extremely happy with the service which his company provided.

Rodney completed a renovation project for me and his bid came in very fair compared to others. My job was finishing roughly 700 square feet of basement space, adding a 250 square feet addition on a second floor, adding Central Air, upgrading electric, adding bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms and egress window wells to a home built in 1947. I hired him because I have used him for work in the past and he is very good. You don't have to babysit him, he knows what he is doing and often makes suggestions that I say no to at first, then after thinking for 24 hours and realizing he is right, I tell him to do it. For big jobs I would definitely recommend him. He finished my basement and addition project in 3 months. I have gotten compliments on the work from several contractors/insurance inspectors/city inspectors since the job was completed. He is also great communicating when he is on the job.

The best contractor we worked with. Very decent and hard working, who does very good work, very good communication (especially via text msgs on anything we needed), fair prices, very flexible to adjust work based on our needs, good suggestions to make things even better. They finished a large 2,000 sq. ft. basement in 2 months!!! We will recommend him anytime and use him again.
