i jad a wall oven stovetop and microwave put in my kitchen.The team was very couteous, they came in and started working. They cleaned up after themselves and places sll the old iyems outside. i would recommend there services to my friends.

I had initially checked with many Contractors/Handyman through my referrals but none was quite convincing in their responses. I contacted Velez after seeing great reviews and Velez did an awesome job with my new Microwave over the range installation. He called to let me know proactively that he'll be delayed by 15 - 30 mins, explained the installation process even the complicated steps(specific to my case) and cleaned up thoroughly at the end. Overall very satisfied with his professional work, will call him for future home improvements.

Rodney and his team redid my kitchen, mud room and powder room. They were incredible to work with. The level of professionalism and the quality of the work... Unparalleled. I remained in my home during the renovation and he and his team were able to perform a full kitchen, mud and powder room remodel while keeping the level of disruption that I experienced to the bare minimum. I would certainly recommend Rodney and his team and would absolutely work with them again.

My wife and I had a few home improvements that we needed done ASAP. Based on the great reviews on home advisor I contacted Velez Home Improvement to install new vynel siding, new roof, gutters, new porch, new windows & vynel fence. Mr. Velez also installed a front door, which he painted, and 2 storm doors. He painted my new porch, steps and the cement foundation around the house. He also took the time to go with me to Home Depot to assist me in getting the correct items I needed. He treated this project as he was working on his own home. Mr. Velez gave us many helpful suggestions and was very attentive to every detailed. He and his team did an outstanding job. They exceeded my expectations. I've gotten so many compliments from my family and neighbors. I am definitely using him again for additional home improvements in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone. I contacted Velez with hesitation simply because I have had approximately (3) Contractors/Handyman come into my town home and do shady un-professional work that I paid for in which I was extremely frustrated, in saying this I contacted Velez. We spoke several times & I sent him my list of projects in which he was very honest that we would fit me in because he was working on big jobs. I was able to confirm a recent date. Velez came on the confirmed time, showed up with his crew and they immediately went to work to correct the bad jobs that I was furious about. Velez did me right with profession work, he had great solutions, he along with his crew were very respectful & he even took out time with me to go to Lowes to pick up the right items to complete the job (also, he was fair with his price). I am a satisfied customer and I will be using him again as I highly recommend Velez if you need a good/honest Contractor especially in my case he will finish up my projects for me to put my town house on the market for sale…Carol from Piscataway.

Rodney and his assistant did a fabulous job of removing the tub and making space for the washer and dryer, installing new plumbing, electrical outlets, widening the entry door, installing new door and windows. Also replaced our storm door. Very professional work and good communicator, very trustworthy and reasonable. Finished the work as promised in a weeks time. Cleaned up and paid attention to even minute details. Will definitely recommend and use him again for future projects.

Rodney and his crew did a superb job and paid very close attention to detail with matching the new railimg to the existing one and painting the shelves to match existing color inside the closet. Im looking fwd to using this company again for future projects.

I hired Rodney to replace the floor, stairs and railing on my 28 year old deck. He not only did that, but brought the deck up to present code and made several improvements. It was a pleasure to see his craftmanship and excellent service. I would highly recommend him and will definetly use him in any future project.

I had them replace my deck and they exceeded my expectations. They were always on time and curtious. They were very neat and treated the work like they were doing their own place. I hired them and will do it again in the future no hation.

I needed to gut a bathroom in a rental unit and Rodney gave me a very fair price and was very good. He was fantastic at communicating which is very valuable to me. Anytime there was an issue he would call, get my approval and continue. He called a few audibles on our design when something wasn't going to work or wouldn't last and in the end it turned out better. He also fixed some additional piping problems I was having from the second floor bathroom. He did a great job and I will use him again and recommend him to my friends.

Rodney provided excellent work on painting several rooms in my home. He understood I needed a quick turnaround. Gave me a workable estimate and the quality of work was great. His crew was neat and when there was a need to go over an area, he handled it promptly. Would definitely hire again.
