Rodney Velez was very expedient, maticulous and immediately recognized imperfections in my flooring and base mouldings that he was able to repair very quickly and made perfect. He was very professional and easy to work with and flexible with my scheduling requests. His pricing was very fair. I would definitely recommend his services to my friends and colleagues and plan to use him for future projects as a general contractor.

VERY knowledgeable! His suggestions made a lot of sense. His crew worked efficiently and well. His roofing and new gutters look great, and the price was an honest one. He did what we wanted, not what others suggested doing. Incidentally, my wife was a trained "roofer" in NY state. I strongly recommend this company, and will definitely hire him again.

They were the best home improvement workers around. Not only were they reasonable they were helpful with ideas. Would hire them again for other projects needed around house......and will be doing so soon!!!!!!

The fence they installed was exactly as promised, on time, and relatively inexpensive. The fence looks great, it's level and straight, we couldn't ask for more. Rodney and his men worked through terrible weather to get it done for us. Also, we had a gutter emergency while they were here that they were able to fix for us. Great Job!

I had called Velez Home Improvement before ordering a gas wall oven through the Internet. Rodney, the owner, said to let him know as soon as it arrived and he would come. The oven came yesterday (11/12/08) I called Rodney and he came that same evening. Prompt service , friendly , professional and in no time he had taken the old oven and installed the new one. Very good price. I plan to call him again as soon as I buy a new cooktop.

Velez Home Improvement did a wonderful job remodeling my basement. They were very personable and extremely neat. They have several references they referred me to and several pictures of completed jobs. They were also very dependable and started on time.
