We all know how difficult it is to find a contractor that will even call you back, that's probably one of the reasons we are on this site. I am a big DIYer and like to do a lot of projects myself and to my standards. I have to say I was immediately impressed with Neil, he suggested things no one else had that ended up being great ideas. My electrician was Neil and I received excellent service. Everything went well from the time I received the appointment date and time to when the job was finished. Neil ran wires so that I could have a new outlet for my TV, hardwired my Ring doorbell, and replaced motion sensor lights. Neil knows his trade well but what also impressed me was his customer service skills, his professionalism, and his attention to detail. For example, silicone was used around the base of the old lights and it had become discolored after a long period of time. Neil installed the new lights using the proper base which created a more aesthetic look. I also liked that he was considerate and respectful of my home and that the work area was cleaned after he and his helper were finished. He also took the time after the job was done to discuss another electrical issue that I will need to address soon. I am happy with the work that was done and I will definitely use Tri Starr in the future. I will also recommend Tri Starr to my friends.

So happy I found Tri Starr Electric !!!!! Neil recently installed 26 LED recess lights in my home, with dimmer switches, as well as a few exterior lights. Almost all required brand new wiring and Neil did a fantastic job! Very impressed!
