 + -1 moreI have called Lilly Pad Ponds for three days and have not received a return call. This is one more company that just rips consumers off. They stay in business because consumers assume that they legitimate. If you have a big project costing thousands of dollars, I am sure that they will come. However, the quality of their work is certainly questionable, and it is obvious that they do not stand by their workmanship. So they are a one time take your money and run company.
Description of Work: August of 2010, I contacted Lilly Pad Ponds to repair a outdoor water fountain. After a few days they came to do the repair. I was told that I needed a new pump, which I purchased from them. It took two men almost three hours to get the fountain to flow properly. At this point, I did not know that I was being charged by the hour. Eventually, I paid them almost $500.00 to have the fountain repaired. It did work until I covered it for the winter in October. When I reopened the fountain in early May it worked correctly for about 5 weeks. However, now water only flows out of one of the two openings.

 + -1 moreI WAS NOT HAPPY. THEY DID NOT DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. THE DRAINS DIDN'T WORK RIGHT BECAUSE THERE IS STILL WATER SITTING ON TOP OF MY LAWN. THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME BACK AND FIX IT, BUT THEY NEVER DID. THEY SAID IT WOULD COST ME EXTRA.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED FRENCH DRAINS IN MY YARD.
