Generally, the cleaning was fine and the fringe repair excellent. I did not expect old pet stains to disappear, but they were substantially improved.

The removed cleaned and then reinstalled my drapes in the living room and dining room. They did a very nice job. I would definitely use them again

I have been using their services for a very long time. I can sat that they have been very excellent and I didn't had any problem with them.

Rug looks great!

Started with drapery cleaning in living room. So impressed with the quality of work, I moved on to 2 other rooms. 10-15 year old draperies look brand new...really! Cleaning price was far lower than replacement price. All around excellent service!

Long known in my area as the best and most expensive dry cleaners, I've used them for about 4 years because their cleaning and handling of clothes was impeccable, and I didn't mind paying more...Sadly, the past six months have demonstrated a huge drop in their quality. Twice, expensive wool sweaters were literally hung on plain wire hangers, ruining the shoulders where the hanger corners poked into the material. Not even cheap dollar-an-item cleaners treat sweaters this poorly. Very polite, professional woman working the counter seems bewilderered at the drop in quality - said new help had been hired lately, but that's no excuse for management not checking how they are doing. Too bad for a cleaner in business for over 100 years. I'd rather not continue to use them.

The smell is finally gone!! Cat urine odor is notoriously difficult to remove and we were on the verge of giving up hope. A friend recommended OdorXit, so we brought a bottle when we first dropped the rug off. When we took the rug home the first time, the odor remained. We tried treating it ourselves again with no luck. Close to despair, I called the OdorXit company and spoke to someone who gave me detailed instructions for the carpet cleaning facility. He then sent me a free bottle. I called GO Keller and explained the situation, and they agreed to try again at no additional cost. 2 weeks later we picked up our clean, odorless rug! I am very happy with their customer service, professionalism, and willingness to get the job done. Although I'm still disappointed that they sent the rug home still smelly the first time, they impressed me with the follow-up and I would definitely use them again. This rug cost about $800 originally, so it was well worth the $150 we paid to get it looking and smelling like new again.

We brought the rug in to be cleaned after one of our cats had an "accident" on it and we couldn't get the smell out. The staff is very friendly and polite. After paying extra for deodorizing and waiting more than 2 weeks, we brought the rug home to find that the odor was just as pungent, and actually seems to have spread over more of the rug. Apparently no one did a smell test before returning the rug to us. This was disappointing, to say the least. I would not bring another rug there with the same problem, although in terms of regular cleaning they seem to have done a fine job.
