Dance Demolition & Clean Up

They are prompt, they do good work ,and they are reliable.

This is the 2nd time I've had Dance Demo and Clean Up remove things from my home for me. Chris Dance is extremely professional and communicates well. I called and he got back with me quickly and provided a price quote based on my description. He told me he would call me on Sunday and provide time he would come by on Monday. He called and explained he would have to move the date to Wens and we agreed on a time. He should up as expected and removed the couch and recliner. No issues at all. I would not hesitate to call Chris the next time I have some stuff to be hauled away.

Chris Dance and his crew did such an amazing job. My basement had accumulated so many generations of junk and wood I never in a million years thought it was possible to walk down the stairs and see nothing. I could not believe how clean and empty it was. Not only was Chris honest with me about the top and bottom pricing but he even tried to help find ways to save money. I recommend him and will definitely hire him again when I work my way up to cleaning out the attic. I chose his company because of the reviews from Angie's List and he did not disappoint.

Chris and his team arrived on time and spent the first hour prepping the space. This allowed them to complete the demo while keeping the rest of the house incredibly clean. They worked fast, hauled away all of the debris, and did an incredible job! I am planning on hiring them again for a future project. Definitely first class!

I contacted them by phone and they responded right away. Once I described the work and sent a text picture of the job, I got a reply message with a price quote. Once I accepted the price, they responded with an appointment day and time. They texted an appointment confirmation the day before the appointment and then showed up 30 minutes early on the day of the appointment! They not only did the removal but completely cleaned up the site and took away some extra debris at no additional charge. Workers were professional and asked all the right questions to make sure they understood our needs and we were satisfied.

Outside of the building inspector coming by after the work was done and informing me that I need a permit to do any further work which I immediately applied for everything went smooth as butter.

They did a fantastic job and the price was very fair.

Chris called at 8:05AM a few minutes before scheduled appointment and cancelled appointment saying he had already been there and not interested. Unprofessional behavior- cancelling 20minutes before appointment, being on site without owner, no respect for our time and lame excuse about job being too big. Yet, given reviews and services advertised on his website, clearly disengenuous; Not honoring a commitment and seeing it thru is an "F" in my book - i am glad this became evident from beginning! Website indicates all types of construction debris covered and reviews posted speak to this - just unacceptable & unprofessional!

We had a 10 year old swing set that needed to come out of the yard. It's hard to find companies that do this specific workThe Dance Demo team was great. Every aspect of the project went great. Great! We discussed what I needed and set a date for the end of week. He called and confirmed the day before and provided a window of time that would be at my house. He showed up as promised and removed the items.

I called Christopher on Fri and he explained how he charges (volume and weight). He asked me to text him some pictures of the stuff I wanted picked up. He called me back in about 30 minutes based on the pictures he estimated $210 to $300, but would provide a firm price when he picked up. I told him that was acceptable and he said he would call me about 2pm on Saturday. He called about 2:15 on Saturday and was there about 15 minutes later. I had all the junk in my garage and when they arrived they loaded and cleaned the floor. Christopher and his helper were very professional and I would not hesitate to use them again for picking junk up or doing demolition if I had a home improvement project requiring it.

Chris Dance came with a large dumpster and another worker and then removed old furniture and junk from around the house. He took old furniture, construction material, an old TV that was too large and heavy for me to move. They also moved furniture around in order to take out an old carpet form the basement. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after. I would gladly hire them again.

Responded quickly to request for services. Arrived on time. Accurate quote. Fast and efficient. Swept area after debris removed. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

On time, kept in communication and very courteous company. I even had more than expected and they took it without a problem. They helped me move things out of the way that weren't debris as well. Once done they swept everything out and I got my garage back. These guys do great work!

We purchased the coupon for the clean up; We were over the weight, he send me a picture proof of and we just send him a check for the additional amount.

Chris Dance called back and came by to give us an estimate the next day. He was on time and provided an estimate within several minutes after touring our house, yard, and the basement. We still had more work to do, so we did not call him back until about six weeks later, a week before Christmas. I told him we had more stuff to be carted away, but that I had piled it separately. Chris made an appointment and came by promptly. He added about $45 to the estimate for the additional materials, which seemed reasonable to me. He and his helper cleared out the debris in an hour. And, they swept all the areas where they had removed stuff. We would use him again and highly recommend him.

They were punctual, efficient and respectful of the property. I would definitely use them again.

t was only 10 minutes late.Called on Monday, Chris was able to come on Thursday. Chris and his crew loaded all the debris and did a complete cleanup.

I used an Angies List deal for picking up 1 ton or less of a trash pile accessible within 10 feet from where they can put a dumpster. I received an email asking me to schedule the pickup the day after I purchased the deal from Angie's List and although I ended up leaving a message, I got a call back on a Sunday to schedule my trash pick up as early as the next day. Best part is that they worked into my schedule rather than me having to by scheduling it earlier than their normal business. They did warn me that If I did not fit the criteria of the deal, I'd have to be prepared to pay the difference. Makes sense. On the day of the service, Mr. Dance and his assistant arrived exactly at the scheduled time and within about a half hour or so, all the trash that was from bathroom renovations including a tub and two toilets, as well as cardboard boxes other renovation related garbage, was in a dumpster and out of the house. He mentioned that I barely squeezed into the deal's criteria, but it was okay. All in all, it was a very smooth experience, no issues, and much cheaper than had I rented a dumpster, and also a lot less work than having to rent a dumpster. Definitely would recommend.
