+ 1 moreI am furious with them. I hate them. I wish I had another option. Everything freezes up. My phone didn't work right. I had no dial tone. Every time call waiting came in, my other call got disconnected. I had a service call in yesterday and they never showed up. I called up and they said their system automatically cancelled my appointment. I sat here all day and waited for them.
Description of Work: They're my internet, cable TV and landline phone providers.

+ -1 moreCharged an additional $29 which was not disclosed and later removed by Comcast after disputing charge. Internet speed was also downgraded from 100 mbs to 25 mbs without my knowledge or authorization. In addition, my new phone number rings constantly with telemarketing calls since Comcast sells the info on new home phone subscribers.
Description of Work: Upgraded to X1 Triple Play adding home phone

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE BASICALLY VERY GOOD AT THEIR JOB THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS WHEN THEY GAVE YOU A TIME THAT THEY WOULD COME, IT WAS WITHIN A FOUR HOUR SPAN. IT WAS ALWAYS CLOSE TO THE LAST HALF HOUR BEFORE THEY ACTUAL SHOWED UP. BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT TO CONNECT WIRELESS INTERNET FOR A NEW COMPUTER IN THE OFFICE.
