Brian M. Taylor, AIA, Architect P.C.

Brian got involved at the very beginning of my search for an architect. I spent $50 for him to come to the house and give an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was taken aback that the price was so high ($12,000). I ended up with an architect for less than half of that. Brian gave a big pitch for the job but it seemed slick to me and too many bells and whistles. He submitted a detailed contract in a bound cover with the details of his services. They seemed the same as other contractors (except I think he would be more hands on in the project) and I was not going to spend such big bucks. If you don't care about the money and want some posh-y service you should give him a try.
