+ 0 morePlumbing: I referred Michael to my father for a leaky toilet. He assessed the situation and recommended a new toilet. The job was completed in a timely manner. (Approx. $200) HVAC: I also referred Michael to my mother for a radiator that fills buckets of water on a weekly basis when the heat is on in the winter time. Mike looked the heating system over, and provided an honest opinion for options and pricing. The option that my mother chose cost about $100, and the problem was fixed.
Description of Work: Plumbing: Leaking toilet. Replaced toilet. HVAC: Radiator produced enough runoff to fill a small bucket within a weeks time when heat is on.
