Called him Friday during the day because the water was draining slowly, asked him to call me back at his earliest convenience. He called Sunday and we scheduled Monday early afternoon. They showed up and were done in less than 30 minutes. Drain is completely fixed!

The experience went well. Mr. Hagens arrived (with possibly an apprentice but I do not remember) and set to work. In all, he was finished in less than an hour in replacing the valve and the corresponding piping. He was also clean in that all that was needed was to replace the cleaning materials removed from under the sink. He even saw fit to give me a compliment for the functional work I had performed elsewhere in the kitchen. The price I noted above was a guess because I simply do not remember. We have used Aaron Hagens before and as always the quality of work and cleanup is top notch.

Aaron and John have helped us with all of our plumbing needs since we moved into our home two years ago. They've helped us move a gas line in our kitchen, install a water line for our refrigerator, installed water lines when we moved our washer and drier into the garage and repaired several radiators that we busted while we demoed our floors! They are professional and friendly and enjoy the work they do, eager to share their knowledge. Last Friday, they came to fix a broken pipe and faucet that froze over the winter in our backyard and to check out our baseboard heating to prepare for the winter. They quickly got to work and took the time to teach my husband how to flush out the heating system in the basement. While they were here they realized that our sump pump wasn't working and fixed it as well. We will continue to call on Hagen Plumbing for all things water and heat related! We're eager to have them start working on the plumbing for our basement bathroom in the fall.

He was very accommodating. Everything went very well. He is professional; I would recommend him.
