Only company that returned call during hurricane and sent quote within days. Scheduled sump pump installation and crew was the most professional workers I have seen in a long time. They took care not to make a mess and made sure everything was clean before they left. New sump pump installation looks like it was always there. I would recommend them every day of the week if you need sump pump work.

They fit us in their schedule right after receiving the permit, worked during a heatwave, installed French drains and Sump Pumps in my basement and even put an extra drain around my basement brick fireplace. Took my breath away with their work! Also, we trusted them in our house and didn’t have to miss any work ourself for them to get the job done. They treated our house like their own including covering our couches and cleaning up everyday. My basement is brand new and I won’t have to worry about water flooding from floor to wall ever again! I was very pleased with Absoluteâ s work on both jobs they did at my home. They clean up the area after doing the job and are very efficient from start to finish. They did mold remediation in my basement and then installed a French drain in my basement. I would recommend Absolute 110 percent!!

Hired Absolute to replace collapsed sump pump discharge pipe from foundation out to street. Upon arrival (on time), Absolute team saw that the job would be more difficult than expected due to tree roots in the path of the new line, however they got right to it and did a great job despite the obstacles. Very neat job. Was very happy with their work and would hire them again.

Lou T and his crew did an outstanding job waterproofing our basement walls after we experienced significant water build-up and steady leaks. Lou estimated that the work would take 2 days and that's exactly what it took. The crew arrived on time as finished as projected. The drainage problem was totally cured and the prior damp and musty smell in the basement is now gone. The cost estimate was fair and the work was outstanding. Lou, the owner, made what I thought was going to be a hassle, essentially care free because of his knowledge and sense of ease. He was able to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot) patiently and honestly. He didn't try to sell me on anything that wasn't a necessity rather than what was going to be best for me. He even called me at 11:30pm after I texted him with a question about one of my sump pumps. I would highly recommend Lou and his company for a honest, trustworthy experience.

My basement waterproofing project was professionally done and completed within the timeframe I was told. Each room was prepared with floor coverings and plastic was draped in the adjacent room to protect it from the dust. The guys were so careful when carrying all the debris out of the house. I am very satisfied with the job done and will continue to recommend them to my real estate clients. If you have a water issue in your basement, Lou and his team are the ones to call !!!
