Lou was extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He explained the process in great detail and showed me throughout the work which took a few days exactly what was going on and what would happen next. I had made some recommendations of things that I wanted and he made sure that they were done the way I wanted them. I recommend him highly.

Great company to work with! Lou came and quoted our job when requested. He quoted fairly and accurately and even after the job seemed to have more work, he didnâ  t increase his quote. His team arrived on the day we scheduled and on time. They were all very friendly and professional. Their work was meticulous and the crew took extra care to work around the invisible dog fence we have, which is not easy to manage. I would hire Absolute again in a heartbeat.

Lou and his team are great, arrive early, explain what they are doing, clean up after each step. You are kept in the communication loop the entire time - no surprises! They did my sump pump and now Dry Locked the walls and floors. Totally pleased with outcome and will recommend them for similar jobs.

I wish I had hired them in 2006 when we did the waterproofing, I am certain they would have steered us toward repairing the walls first. Lessons learned. This company did a great job in removing the old pvc drainage pipe and installing 110 feet of new drainage pipe from our house to the curb line . The work included connecting to two downspouts and a sump pump discharge pipe. The project required work in very close quarters . The crew was professional, and courteous. When the job was done( including restoration and cleanup ) you wouldn't know that any construction work was even undertaken. It was great to also see Lou ( the owner) take a very active role in supervising the work. They exceeded my expectations in overall performance and quality.

The team did a professional job and didn't cut corners. Everyone spoke English and was easy to communicate with. The equipment they used was of the best quality. They assessed the situation and created a solution that worked. Once they were done, the basement was cleaner than when thy started. I enjoyed working with them and would be happy to recommend them.

Absolute waterproofing just installed an interior french drain at my 1960 house. They did a system in my brotherâ  s basement, 2 years ago, in Bound Brook, and while all of his neighbors got flooded during Ida,, his basement was dry as a bone. That is all I needed to know. Lou and his team did a great job at my home. They protected my property, did a very neat job and started and finished the job when they said they would. Also, the cost was very reasonable, great customer service and super nice guys.
