The guys really understand customer service. They came out to the house for an estimate and provided a very sincere cost estimate based on the requested work. On the day of service, they were on time and dressed in uniform. Their work was meticulous and fast. They removed a ceiling fan and lighting fixture from my old address and relocated them as instructed. The also relocated several television wall mounts. These are the real deal. What’s best was their pricing. When the got done, they refunded me money because it didn’t take that long to do the job. Who does that today? They do because they are a reputable contractor that you can trust.

The tech was great! The job was harder than we were expecting and he mounted our tv with no problems and made sure that everything was done correctly and securely so we won’t have any problems in the future. He also helped us set up our WiFi (which wasn’t even part of the job request :) I would definitely recommend this company!!

Technician was very helpful friendly knowledgeable.

I needed the work done right away but , my crazy schedule would not allow me to get the job done. Tuned to home adviser, Smart Home Tech Solution (Gene) responded immediately he'd listens to my problems and what I need done. When I told him of my tight schedule he told me would work with me. I took some pictures and send it to him, again he responded right away. He squeezed me in the next morning, he told me it would take 90 minutes to complete the job. He told me he would be here at 7:45, 7:30 he called and said he was in route. He was at my front door at 7:45. He did an AMAZING JOB. I am not one who tips. He explained all that he was going to do and did it professionally and timely. I had no choice but to tip and I wish I had more to give. Gene is my Friend, Please look no further he's your Guy. Very professional and high quality work

Excellent response time and very helpful with parts needed for install. Clean work done and very professional and clean job mounting TV's and hiding all cables and wires. Would definately hire again for any smart home install or AV job. So much better than hiring big box store installers.

Jene was on time. He came 30 minutes earlier which was great. He is very nice, he is cautious and very experienced at what he does. He passed any obstacle that our wall gave him. Gene handled the entire project, which was a projector/screen/speaker installation in the basement very efficiently. He was always on time and recommended not too expensive but very effective solutions for setting it up. He did thorough research and suggested products that would address my requirements. Overall, very satisfied with the work and highly recommend his service to others.
