 + -1 moreThe installation went well, I paid and now He owes me the pre heater for the ERV and I'm not sure the mini-splits are running correctly. I have left a dozen phone calls and he won't return a one. I thought he went out of business but I saw his truck on the road last week.

 + -1 moreAs explained , He did a great job and was very quick in fixing the issue.
Description of Work: I have used Bob before. He did the original install an a large addition. His work was superior then and we were very satisfied. I called him yesterday mid afternoon and explained the problem with the air handler. Turns out the motor went (14 years old) but I explained I was in the middle of moving and showing the house and 24 hours later the unit is fixed and running (which included getting parts in from out of state)!! He certainly knows the secret to great referrals- honest work + great value + fast response = repeat customers and referrals! Although we are moving out of state - I HIGHLY recommend Bob to anyone.

Description of Work: Bob Ludwig, owner of Alexandria, installed our original system in our new house when we built it. It was somewhat experimental, and eventually, failed (but the system was my choice). Consequently, he just replaced our upstairs heating and air conditioning system, which means, I've come to know Bob and his work much better than one hopes to. But this review is about his service, and it is excellent. He is a very good diagnostician, is very professional in his approach, and is very knowledgeable. His quotes seem to come in around the middle, and for that, you get a very high-quality heating and air contractor. | |I gave him a "B" for responsiveness, which doesn't tell the whole story. If you have an emergency, Bob will work very hard to take care of you. However, because he is so good, he's in demand, and will put off non-emergency work sometimes to meet urgent needs. To this point, we've decided that having someone of such quality and character is worth it. |
