Erick was very nice and knowledgeable, showed us everything we needed to know about our roof, Scott was also great and very nice and they got the roof quickly and so far everything is great! Would definitely use them again.

Their salesman was real nice but I never saw or heard from him again, only the foreman to collect the check. They slapped the roof up very fast. They didn't cover my bushes with a tarp when removing the old roof and broke many of my bushes. I had to have them come back four times to fix things that were obvious errors, that should have been fixed before they left the house. Someone should have just looked at the job before they hurried off. The roof looks nice but after having them come back out four times, I wonder if I will have problems in the future. I wouldn't recommend them because there has to be someone better out there.

The product is good but very expensive. I should have looked around for more affordable proces. The customer service is very poor to me. I had a new roof put on and the water is coming over the gutter guards. I called customer service and getting a bad time about having no warrenty and costing me money to send someone to what the problem is and no luck so far with getting someone out here. I feel i should not have to pay just to see what the problem could be. Paying $2000.00 should have some say to have it looked at for free. It would make me maybe refer someone else to your product!!!!!!!!

I did not have to do a thing but pay the bill. No worries like the ad says. It makes you feel as snug as a bug in a rug knowing nothing is leaking.

The representative was very quick to get in touch with me to schedule a preliminary inspection of my roof. He was very courteous and pleasant. He arrived with lots of material for me to use as a point of reference when asking questions of other contractors. Once i received an estimate, the crew chief The crew arrived on time and the work began. I can't say enough about the courteous and professional manner that all of the employees of this company displayed. The clean up after the job was completed was immaculate. One accident resulted in a hole in my bedroom ceiling which they graciously offered to repair or pay for.

Howard came out with demo and knowledge of product. Did not rush or try to get the sale. He was professional friendly and kind. Scott came by verify window size. three weeks late the team installed window. Very happy with the great job done.
